Does anyone here know this movie? It's a 1992 Disney musical starring none other than Christian Bale, about the newsboys of Manhattan starting a city-wide strike. If I do say so myself, I think it's fantastic! :D The songs are incredibly addictive, the characters are awesome and yeah, the story has a typical Disney feel-good vibe but IMHO, Disney pulled off the feel-good-movie better in the 90's than it does now. It actually does get me to feel really good, instead of groaning at the saccharine wholesomeness of it all.
I've recently rediscovered it, and am currently getting high on its' fandom goodies (slash, weird AU's and whatnot XD). Are there any other fans in here?:P

Newsies? Yeah, I watched it back 5 years ago in band. I believe that one of my older sisters was in love with that movie. I don't remember much about it. I should probably watch it again sometime soon.
