Searched and couldn't find, so here it is. Thread might also need to be in the spam section; I'll let the mods decide on this one. =P
Sooo. What's the last anime you watched?
Last one I saw was "History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi" episode 45. And after I post this, I'm going to watch "Claymore" episode 22.

I'm really getting desperate for new anime. >_>; I have 15gigs of free space after burning 4 DVDs of anime, but I don't know what to watch now. Any recommendations? I'm into just about every genre, so I'm not picky with that As long as it's a nice anime, I'll be happy. =)
Hades' Daughter - September 10, 2007 04:33 PM (GMT)
Have you seen Claymore yet, MCS?
Or maybe try watching all the Tales ones if you liked the video games. Also, if you haven't yet, watch Record of Lodoss War, the OVA series.
Last anime I saw was Deltora Quest, episode 2.
MistaCloudStrife - September 10, 2007 06:00 PM (GMT)
Yeah I've been watching Claymore regularly since it came out. Along with DGrayMan, Naruto, Kenichi, Kakkaishi, One Piece, Zombie Loan, and Lucky Star. Problem with those is they come out once every 1 or 2 weeks. I'm in need of anime in between the ones I watch weekly and/or fortnightly. >.O
It doesn't have to be a great anime, just something to watch that's decent to pass the time. =)
And I think I've seen Record of Lodoss War. Not sure if it's the OVA series though. o.O;; Elf girl and swordsman anime I think? Old style classic RPG story?
And now I'm up to episode 12 of Shaman King.
Is Deltora's Quest any good? Never seen that one. =)

Whisper Of The Heart
I cannot express how much I completely and utterly adore that movie. I've only seen it once, but I'm going to get it - and watch it over and over and over again.
SO. MUCH. LOVE.
Aerithstrife_7 - September 11, 2007 03:14 AM (GMT)
ahh the best anime i could ever recommend for you to watch that is if you havent already seen it is Full Metal Alchemist.. it will blow you away...
MistaCloudStrife - September 11, 2007 08:38 AM (GMT)
Saw it when it first came out. T_T And read the manga when it first came out as well. T_T I loved that anime. Of course I didn't much like the ending, even with the movie. >.O;; Seperate Ed and Winry? Why???
And I loved those days. Back when FMP, Chrno Crusade and Onegai Teacher first came out. Ahhh.... the memories.
And I've stopped at Shaman King 16. Decent anime. More for the kids, but nice nonetheless. Might download more if I feel up to it.
Pyra Kurai Akaidra - September 11, 2007 09:10 AM (GMT)
One Piece English dub this morning. (The Winx Club does not count)
I recommend Buso (Busou) Renkin, it's by the same guy who did Ruronin Kenshin, so the artstyle would be familiar to fans. It's about Kazuki Muto who got drag into the world of Alchemy and Homunculi when he died but resurrected by a Kakugane Tokiko, an Alchemic Warrior, given to him. After finding out, he knowingly join the fight to protect his loved ones.
It's a good series, with many funny moments (or eye-popping, however you view some of them). I'd like to see anyone call Papillon straight afterward. (Please, no Bleach comparisons)
Deltora Quest is a pretty good anime series, even by a fan of the original books. Despite some changes, like dark-haired Lief to blonde, it's mostly faithful to the storyline. However, the fansubbers make some mistakes while subbing it, so keep an open-mind about it. (Like Sorudeiin instead of Soldeen)
MistaCloudStrife - September 11, 2007 09:22 AM (GMT)
I watched it... T_T
Pretty good anime, but I'd pick RK over it any day. =) I love the hard working character types. He reminds me of Rock Lee.
And I'm about to watch Kenichi 46 and 47. =)
Wintercream - September 11, 2007 04:37 PM (GMT)
I watched episode 1 and 2 of Zombie-loan on Crunchyroll.com
xDD Tis a good anime...despite how [beep] the main charactor can be.

Sounds like it:
RoLW: OVA series
If this one isn't the one you're referring to, and if you ever decide to watch this anime...try to get your hands on the subbed version and NOT the dubbed one. Though significantly easier to find, the horrible dubbing will drive you crazy. :P
Also, if you liked the OVA, try the TV series (20-some episodes). Though not as good as the OVA, it's something to keep you entertained while you wait for
Claymore and the others.
RoLW: TV seriesBTW, also try
Orphen(first season). Thought that one was pretty entertaining too.

Oh... I think I actually watched the series. I'm going to check out the OVA. Thank you. =) I think there was also another series that was unrelated to the main characters of RoLW I saw as well.
And yeah, I saw Orphen and Orphen revenge. I think I watched it when you posted it in the anime OP and ED thread. =)
And last animes I watched were Kekkaishi 30 and Over Drive 12 last night(Or early morning) while I was going to sleep.
AugoraTheMateria - September 12, 2007 12:12 AM (GMT)
The first Ghost in the Shell movie last night on Sci-fi. But I only saw an hour and a half of it. I couldn't stay up to watch the rest of it. It was 12:30am in the Eastern Timezone.

Are you referring to Legend of Crystania? If so, was it any good? I've never seen it, but I've heard it doesn't measure up to RoLW in any way. :(
So you've seen Orphen...
How 'bout Rave Master then? :D

Sorry, I really don't remember. >.O I don't even remember the story for Record of Lodoss War either.
And I haven't seen Rave Master either. I'll be sure to check that one out. Long series? If so, I should be set for a bit. Thanks. =)
And I watched "Bleach: Memories of Nobody" and Claymore 24 yesterday/last night. I downloaded the Bleach movie when the first cam version came out, but the quality was so bad I couldn't bring myself to watch past 5 minutes of it, so I waited. =)
