Well, as for introducing myself, I'm a fourteen-year-old girl that hasn't beaten FFVII (yet!), but I definitely know enough about it, and I've seen Advent Children like fifteen times.
I love music, especially rock, and I hate rap. My favorite bands are Evanescence and Within Temptation. I also love to read, and I play the piano.

Pretty much any fantasy or science-fiction book is a good one for me.

I know, I know, I need to beat FFVII. I only started it last year, and I'm sometimes almost completely helpless without a strategy guide. My town's library has two copies of it, can believe it? O.o

I'm on Disc Two, when Cloud's in that coma after falling in the Lifestream. Mideel, was it?
And I want to smack the nurse there because she's all like "She must really love him blah blah" in regards to Tifa, and I laugh at the one person saying Cloud must have a pretty strong guardian angel to have survived. I wonder who that is? xD

Haha, the thing is, I CAN'T play without one. Seriously. If I want to actually beat a game, I need a strategy guide. I have strategy guides for all three Kingdom Hearts games. I don't need the one for KH2 anymore; that game is pretty straightfoward.

I'm planning on sharing it! Or at least marveling at how smart some people here are in defending it. xD

The line about Cloud's guardian angel is one of my faves in the whole game.

I'm actually replaying VII right now, and the funny thing is, I'm only a little farther than you. I just finished the Huge Materia quest{you're close to it!}.

I'm exactly like you: I have to have some sort of guide to play. It's been a while since I've played the game, and I don't actually own a guide, so I'm running to the computer every hour to print off more of a guide. It's so annoying, I've got tons of stray guides everywhere, and they're all mixed up from being thrown everywhere...Grrr...

I'm not sure where I found my avatar! It was probably on Photobucket, just typed in "cloud aerith" and found lotsa stuff.

I have! I own all three games, and they are the only games I have beaten completely. :-p I'm trying to get 100% in Jiminy's Journal on Normal Mode in KH2 so I can get the secret ending, but I'm at like 98% or something. I need to beat two more tournaments with the high-score thingy. -_- My game's rigged, I swear.

And, side-note, I played Kingdom Hearts before I had even heard of Final Fantasy. I was ten when KH came out! xD So, I was just like, "Whatever," to the cameos.

"Okay, someone in a pink dress..."

And then Jiminy's Journal and my strategy guide told me who she was. Which is why I refer to her as Aerith; I knew her that way first, unlike most people. O.O

And has anyone else noticed that no one has ever actually spoken Aerith's name in any game she's been in, including Advent Children? Or am I just weird?

You are right, I think.
I don't know about Kingdom Hearts but in FFT and, sadly, Advent Children they never said it. Made me wonder how the fans, that never played FFVII would react to her. ("Who is the pink chick anyway?") The same goes for RedXIII but he had a minor role compared to Aeris, so yeah, it is weird.
I wanted to hear her name spoken out loud for 10 years now. Anyway it will be said in Crisis Core, as we know from a trailer.

Well, I've heard Mena Suvari say it in an interview, but that's the only time.

I wish I had a PSP so I could play Crisis Core; I'll just have to steal my friend's. I mean borrow, seriously. xD
