A lot of people have mistaken that girl in the swimsuit for Aerith. That is Shizune from the Turks.

Top one: I see Genisis! But otherwise, age dammit!

Second one: Tifa's pose, is like Yuffie's, that monster looks....nice. Jenova....ugh!
Sephiorth seems happy he's found his "Mother."

Third: Tseng! But I'm slow with CC, so who's that guy Genisis is pointing his sword at, and Zack's protecting?

Gosh, what is with SE and belts!? Squall had a ton of belts in VIII and KH and Lulu's skirt in X was completely made of belts! I say this because I notice Cloud has yet another useless belt on his upper thigh.

Second pic: I don't like Tifa's clothes in CC...dunno why she always love clothes that uncover her belly. SE's making enough fanservice.

Wow, the CG picture looks even hotter on the billboard in Japan. :lol: How awesome that is. Obviously not many people in New Jersey--or maybe any other state in the US for that matter--is interested in FF enough to spread the love. :( But I guess it's understandable since, clearly, FF is Japan's thing. ^^; Seriously though~ gotta love that billboard. *_*

I am EXCITED!! :woot: I'm still in awe on the graphics, and from the recent CC scans posted here and in AC.net, the game looks great. It's also COOL to see Yuffie back!! Though I have to say I first thought it was just random, I'm completely ecstatic. Is she 9 or 10 years old then, in this game?

Ok so, among the many other good emotions I have from just looking at all the new stuff, I'm in total Aerith fangirl mode and I have to admit, I got too excited when I first saw Aerith's face; she's beautiful. :blush: All the rest look amazing as always--Cloud may not look any different from his older self aside from his clothes (AC), but that's never a bad thing. :lust: I love that picture of Cloud out of all things at the moment. I also find Zack's scar pretty fascinating... Geez, I can't wait. I'm dying. 0.0

The poster (the one on the billboard) definitely seems to match CC's old tagline as well: "Three men and one young woman bound for destiny's core." I wish they kept it. Oh well, it's still completely AWESOME. I don't even know how many times I've said the same adjectives in this post, but I am so drawn to this game already.

What kinda bothers me is, why isn't Aeris standing betwenn the guys? Why is she in front of them but not in the circle? Well, she could be kneeling among her flowers in that picture, that would definitely fit. I just can'T decide wehter I hate or love it, that she is not part of the circle. Hhm... :ermm:

I don't like this scar-thing. Since FFVIII we know that scars make your main hero incredible cool (instead of deformed like everybody else) but this scar appearing out of nowhere just feels stupid. Zack is a great character, SE, he doesn't need this crap to be interesting.

Oh. OH. My eyes! That poster is just so outrageously eye-meltingly amazing! I want to make it into a stamp and stamp everything I own with it. OH. :lust:

You're the guide?!" implies that they met prior to his finding out that she was their tour guide, and judging by his surprised reaction to the news, they must have talked at least enough for him to think that he had her figured out pretty well. Damn you straight to hell, SE- I am officially buying this game. :hyper:

Ugh, and would you just LOOK at that ShinRa mansion... it's going to be gorgimous. Nibelheim looks oddly creepy- in an awesome way, of course. Kinda gives you that bad-shit-is-going-to-happen-here vibe, which works nicely given the circumstances. :P

I love the first pic of the guys and Aerith-- ditto on it ringing back to the original tagline for the game. I don't mind Zack's scar, although it might feel too Squallish if they make a big deal of it in CC. I doubt it, though. It's impossible for a soldier to get by training and battles with a flawless complexion, and that little detail just adds to Zack's character for me.

As for Aerith standing in front: for some reason, it seems kinda natural. I can't explain why, it probably reminds me of fanart or posters where Cloud and AVALANCHE are in front, but Aerith's usually the one praying serenely in the background. And to channel that inner 12-year old adolescent boy, I can't help but notice the detail on her, er... chest... *slaps self*

My only complaint would be that, standing at that level, I don't get a full-body picture of Aerith like I'm getting for the guys!

I think that poster simply shows CC's main storyline. I saw an old thread about a CC interview recently, the content seems to foretell the release of that poster:
