Title: Have You Noticed It?
Description: The scene with the sword into the sand..

Hiii, guys ^^... I have been seeing the last trailer, and I have noticed one thing...
In the last scene of this trailer (I think it was just before the words "Advent Children" appearing on the screen...), Cloudīs sword (or Zackīs sword) appears into the sand with some petals of the flowers... Then I saw the review of the screen of Advent Children in daeya.org, and the last scene of it is the same!! O.O... What it means?? Does it mean something?? Maybe I am misunderstanding it ŽŽ... But this scene seems a lot with the image of the logo, and I think it maybe means Cloud death, or Cloud going away of the fight at the end of AC...
I donīt know U.U... What do you think?? O.O

Hmm... I can't say for sure as from how he acted in the game and so far I saw in the trailers, he may go away but this time never turn back till he's found what he's looking for. But at the same time, he may die or really want to.
He has suffered much and may want to be at peace. These may be two of the few options he has or thinks he has or he just doesn't want to have it any other way.
That's my opinion anyway, I haven't really studied the logo *goes to look at the logo of the title more closely*, yeah, it does look a lot like there's a flower blowing in the wind like when Cloud thrust the sword in the sand. At the same time, it does look partly like the ruined parts of Aerith's church along with a glimpse of the Forgotten City.
Either my eyes are deceiving me or my head isn't thinking straight *knocks head and shakes it till gets dizzy*. What ever it is, that's my opinion again :ph43r: and will start waiting impatiently for the arrival of the movie. :D :P

A Japanese friend told me once that Cloud's words when he drives the sword into the ground: "I had decided to live my life for your share. That was my decision, but...", could be taken as a vow to fight to the death. She said that words like that are usually spoken in the present tense at a grave as a promise to try to honor the person who died by living life in a way that would honor the person who had died.
But when the phrase is spoken in past tense like that, it means that the person who spoke it can no longer keep the promise. If spoken that way before a big battle, it means that the person who spoke it doesn't expect to come out of it alive. A Babelfish translation of FFVII AC Reunion came up with the same explanation of Cloud's words.

Wow, thank you for the explanation, Anastar :D
I read something like that, but I hadnīt it very clear

*Falls over. Sweat drop* God, you are all wrong! And I am sure of this. This is a part near the begining of the movie, where it is supposed to sybolize that Cloud wants to be forgiven. Not just by Aerith, but by everyone he's hurt. The area out in the distance is the ruins of Midgar, and that's not sand, it's a cliff. The cliff there is where Zack died. That's why Cloud's putting his sword there! He's sorta marking it like a grave for Zack. Now, the quote isn't supposed to be yoai, most of it is pointed at Aerith. But at the end it says, "I think...I want to be forgive. Yes, I want to be forgiven." This is what I meant, he wants to be forgiven by EVERYONE. This includes Zack. Oyskiva.

Questions:
1. How do you know this scene is at the beginning of the movie? How would you know which order the scenes are in without seeing the movie first? The scenes in the trailers are not necessarily in order.
2. Who else is there for Cloud to want to be forgiven by? Zack? His mother? Then, why hasn't he ever mentioned this? All he has said is "But I let her die". This is referring to Aerith. This was confirmed when he told Aerith in the flower field that he wants her to forgive him.
