Doesn't this song remind you of Cloud a bit? When you listen to the song it sounds so sad and depressing, and you can't help but be reminded of Cloud's guilt. Like, how he feels guilty over Aeris and wishes to be forgiven. He wishes all the guilt and pain would just go away.
