I was reading an article at rpgamer.com(which was about the fact that AC may very well go to theatres!*cheer*) and there was a line in it about CC

Hmm... I'd rather see AC just come streight to DVD than see it in a theater. Atleast with a DVD, you don't have to pay $8 dollars just to watch.(So I'm cheap, sue me.) Plus, I can replay all the Cloud&Aeris parts over and over and over until I get sick of it. Which will never happen... ;)

it would be nice to see it on the big screen, just as a nice treat. (man, i havent been to the cinema in ages...)
and it would attract alot of people who never played the game, because they wouldnt want to buy it, until they see what it's like. thus it would attract more people to buy the film, and even play the game. profit!! i would see it at the cinema, AND buy it on dvd. ^_^

Hmm, a link..unfortunatly, it seems the whole compilation is more directed towards Shinra, Turks, and Sephiroth...guess it will be in that direction too...

LOL, I have no idea, though! It's just a wild guess!
And maybe North America will be getting a special limited theatrical release like Japan after all!

If Nomura thinks the plot of CC will be "the link which will encompass the whole of the compilation", then I don't see how all of CC can be a prequel. If CC happened before FFVII, AC, and DoC, then how can it encompass them? It looks to me as if part of CC will take place after DoC. I'd find it very odd for the Compilation to end with a prequel, anyway.

I heard that this game revolved around Zach and while Cloud went off to join soilder, but this is the first time of me hearing of this game so I wouldn't know.

I've got some high hopes for CC. Maybe it'll bring up something different about the SOLDIER treatment and experiments. I'm hoping that Sephiroth will be given more depth than he's displayed in AC and the KH games. Lately, all he's been doing is spouting sinister nonsense and fighting Cloud, but is doing little else. <_< CC is supposed to be Zack's story though, right?

It's a mystery indeed. Maybe it's going to bring up some plot themes in DoC, like what with the Deep Ground Soldiers (I don't know if I got it right; I haven't paid much attention to DoC's story). That sounds interesting to me. I wonder what the link is.
