EnglishRose just recently mentioned to me that she really loves sunsets and by coincidence, I'd just taken a few pictures of a lovely sunset view (from my house) a couple of days ago. So I thought I'd post them here and share the prettiness with everyone! ^_^

Oh wow, those are beautiful pictures!! :D I've always liked sunsets myself. Maybe because I never get up early enough to see sunrises. . . :sweat: No, no, seriously, sunsets are awesome! I think I like the last picture best with the purple, but they are all lovely. Thank you for sharing!

I have 2 photos which I took on holiday to post, but remember this is the UK and we get a lot of grey clouds, nothing as beautiful as H-B's. I just like the Sun's light rays at sunset.

They're absolutely gorgeous, yours are so pink and clerisy and the clouds are beautiful! :lust: Scott, the way the rays shine between the clouds... ~dies from the goldeness~ It's beautiful landscape, and the cloud formations in both Hyper's and Scott's piccies are so fantastic! The more romantic and amazing they get, the more I melt... they're so awesome, you two.

Those are gorgeous, I really should take some here, San Diego gets beautiful sunsets, right on the beach is a great place to see them, and I live right by it. It's also amazing how much it can change depending on where you are, it's gorgeous in Oregon as well, where I grew up, but different.

These are kind of sunsets... but they're stormy clouds, there was a thunderstorm going on when I took these...it was amazing.

The pictures are all so lovely! Do you guys take these with a handphone camera or an actual, 100% camera? Love them all. I never seem to quite catch these moments in time to snap them.

They're rather big and stretching the page, though. Could you guys please change them to text links, or post smaller thumbnails a la Imageshack of them? You know the deal: users on dial-up would die trying to load this page. ^^; Thanks!

I take pictures my Christmas Pressie ;D, which is an actual camera. It's digital, not polaroid or camera film. I really like it, actually, quite nifty. I love messing about with the focuses and stuff.

Lynn, I use a digicam I got last year for going on holiday. Photography is my ideal profession so I use it at every chance I get, but I'd also like to update to a more advanced camera. Perhaps once I get to take a college course I'll be able to get into all the trickery with lenses, for now it is just a hobby. I usually take a few shots of the same scene and then use the best one -- it's rare I'll get a shot I'm pleased with on the first try.
