Aaah, the famous Dion Rogers design that caused rumors all around. That's very nice although the head is obviously taken from FFVIII art.

That's the Dion Rogers design, sailor v. It's from an old contest. They didn't design the clothes.

I thought they did a good job on the picture itself, but personally, I like Rinoa a million times better with clothes on. :P

Wow it looks really beautiful. I wasn't a big fan of Rinoa, but I have to admit she is rather pretty. :D

Something about it looks photoshopped to me. The face looks like it is from an FMV of FFVIII and the body looks like a remastered version of the one Dion Rogers put out. I mean, she still has the unusually long thighs in it. Plus the boots look the same except black and with little wing marks on them. Here is the original one that can be found on CG Society posted by a user called Munch.

After looking at this picture of Rinoa I wanted to use Dion's design for my next cosplay. Limebarb.com features a similar design to this one and they made it perfectly. :3 You should see it! :3
