Ok, let me start by saying that I don't know HOW I got to channel 550. But all of the sudden there's some anime on my T.V. called Basilisk. (This was yesterday at about 8:30pm, I think I sat on the remote.)

So I decide, ah, what the hell. I'll watch the last 20 minutes of it. Yeah. I figured out later that I was watching episode 20, and I had no idea what in God's name was going on. I was all angry that the one guy...Te...I can't remember, it starts with an T, betrayed that one girl by holding her back while that other girl kills her. So after the whole thing is over, I go to the all knowing Wikipedia where I find out that that one guy is the VILLAIN! (I thought he was good and the girl was evil) By the way, do you know how LONG it took me to find all the characters I saw? I could barely hear their names, they kept saying them too fast. So uh...now I wanna watch the rest of this show...

Oh, 550 on DirecTV is like the Independent show channel or something like that. Which I don't understand because there are about 70 other Independent channels. One of them is by Lifetime, I think.

Anybody else seen this one?

Probably IFC, Independent Film Channel. They also play a lot of the old samurai films. I've only ever seen the ones by Akira Kurosawa <3 on there. I have my grandparents tape them for me because I cant afford to get them, they are like $40+ because most of the time you can only find the special editions ;.;

I thought about looking into Basilisk, the animation looked wonderful, is it the same with the show?

I'm asking because I bought the boxed set of Final Fantasy: Unlimited and the animation was crap!!!
