When playing Dragon Quest VI for the first time, my Hero was KOed...by SLIMES of all monsters. *remember screaming obscenities*

I remember playing DoC, at the beginning, I got pwned for seven times by the enemies. And also, while playing KH2, Sephiroth owned my ass for thirteen times, I really need to get that Ultima...

Same here, Resha. Sephy owns my arse several times...on EASY mode of KH2.

Beaten by Night Queen: I didn't know she use Instant Death-causing attacks, and didn't equip my characters with Teddy Bears (Instant Death protection) in preparation. What got me is that my party of Yuri, Karin, Blanca and Anastasia is owned by a snake-woman...with THREE pairs of boobiez. :o

Man Festival - Great Question: To those who play the game and completed this side-quest, you should know the...'consequences' of losing to this guy. Then again, like that's any better then what happens if you do beat him (I :lmao: 'd at that).

I remember playing James Bond 007: Golden Eye for N64 on multiplayer against two of my friends... one of them beat us 31-1-1 on license to kill.... I had never come even close to losing that bad in that game lol! XD

I had a video of me on Youtube screaming my head off when I was playing Mario Kart DS on Grand Prix Mirror on Rainbow Road. Damn you Donkey Kong, pushing me off the track 128370928370 times >_<

I remember when I was playing DMC1, I had so much trouble getting a door open. I can't remember what the escribed text on the door exactly said, but I'll try. So, this is how it went:

I was playing Donkey Kong Country and on the first underwater level my older sister (who had never played the game as well--only my father had) tells me, "OH HEY, GO TOUCH THAT FISH!".

Uh yeah, Donkey Kong died because of a fish that moves at the slowesttt pace possible. XD

Say, I remember that when I was playing Chrono Cross, I couldn't catch that stupid dragon, and on top of that I still can't

Breath of Fire III, my heroes got KOd through a lot of fights, and I could not get their full HPs. I played the majority of the game with half their max HPs. Had a hard time fighting the last boss.

Didn't know it can be remedied by spending a night in the inn. D'OH!

Resident's Evil 01- I remember when the PS1 was still popular, whenever those freaky zombies get me, I always get pwned and chicken out to a safe room so no zombie can eat meh, and I can't aim rightly. Darn I can't even complete some of the objectives!!! I was still young then!!! >_<

DoTA- When I was just a newbie for DoTA, using Rylai or Lina I always fail my fellow allies for getting pwned by the Scourge and crazy is, whenever I use Laguna Blade or Freezing Field, I, unaware, hit my allies instead of the opponents. I was still new back then so how could I know better?! but it did shamed the other guys because we lost to a bet for worthy yen... :lol:


When I was still new about my PSP, I was playing NBA Live 2006 and while playing it, I really need to move. I can't move, up, down, left or right. 'WTF I can't move!!!' said me while tapping the arrow keys...but just then, Kenj told me that the movement is by the speaker-looking....circle... XD And while playing it, I always get foul and throw the ball at the audience...

FF8- First playthrough, I ONLY used Squall, Zell, and Rinoa(I can see my mates in the Rinoa bashing thread laughing XD), somehow convinced that they were the only characters who could kick ass in the game. Well duh, of course in my game they were...because I never used any of the others! >.<

FFVII, fighting with Cloud in Battle Square.. I play a regular fight, get to the last boss(Some big snakey ice water thing) and i don't remember the exact details but i end up tiny and can't use items... then to top it off the boss loses all it's mp.

So basically I would attack it with 1hp worth of damage then on it's turn it would say "No MP" and then back to my 1hp attack, etc etc..

Didn't have enough patience to wait out however much hp it had, so i just restarted with a ribbon equipped. =P

Well... i remember i was playing SSBM for the first tim e against my cosuine and he beat me in like 2 hits becuse i didn't no how to play. I was just kind of button mashing. XDDDDDD

I just finished disc one, save the game, and turned it off (i was standing outside a house/hut thing)
Next day, i load it up.....ITS GONE!!!!
I start a new one, lose that one as well.
And i somehow bring one back i lost 4 years priovusly (my dads old game)

Oh God the stupidest moment That happened to me was when i first started to play TLP way back when it came out lol..

Well the first stage you are mounted on Epona and you hafta round up all these goats into the barn..anyways i did not know that you have to talk to the guy to start the mission.

So here i am running about for like 45 minutes going.
"The Hell?!? Why won't they go into the damn barn?!"
Till my brother shows up and was like.
"Dude you gatta choose start first."

Lol if that doesn't sprout stupididty i don't know what does.

I'm kinda embarassed about this... In FF9, there was a part in Kuja's palace where I just couldn't find out how to get into the next area. I was sure that it had something to do with lighting the candles, but even though I kept lighting and relighting them, I still couldn't get through. It wasn't until I consulted my cousins and examined the screen carefully that I noticed the doorway/staircase... :P

My #1 most embarrassing gaming moment: I come out my brother's room, fresh from a long, 1 hour battle with Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts 2. My hands are shaking, heart is racing, and my face in a cold sweat. Worst part? My dad sees me and laughs at me all day after I tell him what happened.

Twilight Princess, spent ages trying to get to the other side of a room, an hour infact....
Turns out I only had to stand under the chandiler thing that I cannot spell for the life of me...

One boss that I have some trouble with. Thing is two of my mages end up Berserked, especially when one of them wasted my few rare Pure Extract on the BOSS. D*MNIT, THOSE THINGS ARE HARD TO FIND!!

Then again, I get to see Blanca pee'd on the boss. :lmao:

My dad bought Devil May Cry 3 yesterday. He rules that game (yeah, already) and I...well...I really love it, but I suck. I suck a LOT. I spend too much time staring at Dante when he's shirtless, then I'm sitting there drooling when I'm supposed to fight. (You know he's hot as hell...)

Anyway, my retard moment was the first time I played I got killed so easily it's not even funny. My dad, mom and brother were practically on the floor laughing at my expression. They said I just looked so surprised...anyway. I'm hoping I'll get better, 'cause I'm really loving this game. I don't want to have to watch my dad and brother get through it.

Another one. In a VERY HARD BATTLE in FFX, just one more hit from Lulu and I can kill it! Yessss, I can smell the victory, but I've gotta hurry because everyone else is dead. I move my hand wrong and Lulu kills herself. I have to do it for the 5th time. At that point I just threw my controller at the wall and walked away.

EDIT: Forgot something. This is probably the most retarded thing I've ever done. I was fighting that...sphere thing in Macalania in FFX. For some reason I kept forgetting that Fire and Blizzard were opposites, not Fire and Water. So...sphere thing uses Water. What do I do? I summon Ifrit and use the Overdrive I was saving. I realized it too late...ugh.

When I dislike a character I give them a nick name. Examples...

Delita (tactics) = Delort
Takakura (HM: Wonderful Life) = Willace (there is a long and strange explanation for this)
Edea (VIII) = Eddy

In any case, I grow so used to calling these characters by their given nickname that I some times forget their real name. So one time I was talking about Harvet Moon with a friend and she kept talking about Takakura and I didn't know who the hell she was talking about. It took a long time before I realised "Oh wait! She's talking about Willace!" I felt like an idiot.

Last boss, really exitced and nervous, keep hitting and hitting and hitting Lady, doing 0 damage.

And im like WTF?!?!?!

Then the camera turns, and I see theres a shield around her *slaps self*

When playing GTA: San Andreas with my cousin...

Cousin: OMGWTF! HOW DO I GET OUT OF THE CAR!!!
PH: PRESS TRIANGLE!!! -presses Triangle for him-
Cousin: NO IT'S SQUARE! -pressing Square-
PH: IT'S TRIANGLE! -while CJ is in the motion of getting out of the car, he goes back in-

I don't have any moments that I can think of right off hand, but I'm sure there were tons.

I'd already read a boss strategy for the final boss of Shadow Hearts FTNW so I already knew about one part not taking damage and to focus my attacks on the other. Bad FB :P

I used different characters in my party though and improvised on tactics a bit, it was just really the hitting the correct part I kept in mind.

Shadow Hearts Covenant - I've been replaying this and I'm now almost finished it. On the way, in one of the end game areas I had to fight a boss. I was using my usual (for this playthrough) party of Yuri, Kurando, Karin and Lucia. I set up a combo formation and then went into combo mode. During the combo I noticed that Kurando and Karin where doing chains ... of zeros :blink: Then I finally remembered from my last play that this boss only takes damage from magical skills :blush:

#1 embarasing moment:falling asleep during a 8 on 8 online tournament in starcraft brood war best thing about it i still came in second due to people killed everyone else before me 6 hours later i wake up to a screen that says
failed to acheive victory :pout:


#2 most embarasing: screwing up thunderhorse on guitar hero 2 on medium i missed like every note in the middle of wal-mart on my lunch hour must have been tired i guess :hide:

Resi Evil 4, I shot some fish in a big lake, big fish thing jumps out and gobbles me up.....

Um...I was playing Soul Calibur III and I had Yun-Seoung on the ropes. One kick would've sealed his fate. I went into slide kick and, not only did he dodge it, I slid out of the ring. :mad:

I do the same thing a lot in chronicle 20 against Strife.

Sophie: OK, FlonneCalibur (long story), all you need to do is knock him over the edge once, and this is finally over.
*FIGHT!*
*triple poke high, Strife backs up*
*I retreat to the edge*
*Strife advances and I dodge around him, setting up for the kill*

I played the wrong song in Guitar Hero all the way through. (Trogdor is ingrained in me)

FFX: Right after you fight the first Evrae thingamajig on top of the airship, you have to go and get Yuna back. Well, there are a bunch of soldiers you have to fight before you get to her, and I killed the first group, but then the second one pwned me. Twice. The big metal robot thingie kept on knocking my characters out of the battle, and then the guys with flamethrowers would kill the remaining person.

The main reason they got to me before I got to them was because I was really low on Magic Spheres, and I was trying to use the distillers to get some more, especially because Lulu was like 10 sphere levels behind and I was about to get Yuna back, who would also need them. Turns out in the next area, Via Purifico, EVERYTHING drops magic spheres. To top it off, you can't save between Evrae and getting Yuna back so I had to replay that twice. It sucked <_<

FFTA
Was doing a mission, fair enough. Suppose to take out vampires and zombies. Yep. Forgot to check the Laws and can only watch as Marche (Paladin) use an Holy Attack, only to get jailed afterward. (Law: Forbidden = Holy)

Whoops.

FFVII: I was playing this back like 4 years ago and I was running around the world map like a chicken with my head cut off. My little brother was watching me play (he was like 5 at the time). This is what kinda happened (I don't remind how it happen exactly):

Zach: Look at the map.
Me: *looks at the map* I think I should follow that red blinking light.
Zach: Yeah! Do that!
Me: *finally gets to the red blinking light and realizes what it is* DUDE! It shows me where my car is!

This is after I get the dune buggy. I felt really stupid after that. Especially when I had my little brother watching me.
