| Penguin Brothers- Penguin Brothers is a nice shoujo manga about school life. However it's not an ordinary school life at all. The main character, a girl named Hina lives with her uncle and is transferred to a new school. That school is supposed to be a uniform-free one, but when she arrives there she sees that almost everyone is wearing black or white uniforms and that these two opposite sites hate each other. She's told that she has to choose between the two and after that she always has to listen to the leader of that group. She doesn't like the idea at all. Then she notices somebody in ordinary clothes and she finds out that person doesn't belong either to black nor white group - he's a gray. She decides immediately she'll also become a gray. But she doesn't know that the life of a gray person is not easy at that school, now she'll have to fight against black and white, and stand all the discrimination. She doesn't like that situation so she decides to change it- she wants everyone to become gray, so everyone can be free and doesn't have to listen to anyone - and that's when the story begins... |
I'm a HinaxIsshiki here and this is a manga that an anime fan should read!
Did anyone finished reading the manga? I don't own the last manga and it sucks!!!

I liked it...but honestly, I don't remember the details (ie the ending..or who Isshiki was...Black leader or white leader? Or the guy she first met in gray? xD;?). I do remember really liking it though, heheh. And snakes.

Finally someone who reads Penguin Brothers!!! :huggle: I already found the last volume, and I'm really disappointed and happy at the same time! Isshiki's the White leader, Hina the Gray leader and Nishizaki the Black Leader. Uhm, can I have your opinion? Since 'who ends up with Hina' is left in open interpretation, who do you think she ended up with? Isshiki

Haha, I actually think I was supporthing Hina and the white leader...I know the guy I didnt like her to end up with was that guy in grays..(not the leader of grays but the guy Hina first sees in gray...he has blond hair I think).

you meant Koshiba? I don't like him too, he's really clingy...
It's sad that only the two of us here are actually talking to each other...and knows Penguin Brothers...
