:lol: Count me in, count me in. Laguna and Raine so remind me of Cloud and Aeris. Oh, it was a love meant to be......how could fate be so cruel to these two couples. :( I personlly love the scene when he call Raine out and was to nervous to give her the ring. I squel like a school girl and smiled in happiness. That was such a romantic scene. :lol:

Why do I love LagunaxRaine? The DYNAMICS! Raine's such a strong, stubborn character and Laguna's such a sweet goof. It's like a mini chick-flick. A couple that seems mismatched, but are actually perfect for each other. I really wish there were more focus on them and their relationship, as it could have led to so many more entertaining scenes(like that scene where Laguna's listening to Raine and Ellone talking, SQUEEZORS!)
Anybody know any good fanarts? I've only ever like two...

I'd love to join. (I'm in way too many clubs! lol) I love Laguna and Raine. I never saw the connection between him and Julia. Maybe that's just me.

i did a bit, but the two characters were too quiet and sweet for the couple to be entertaining enough for me. they were a sweet couple, very cute, but i prefer raine for laguna.

I think Laguna and Raine are the only couple in Final Fantasy that really made me cry. Sure, Cloud and Aerith had me shedding a few tears, but I was literally bawling at the end of FFVIII. I don't even know why they make me cry so hard because they did not get near amount of exposure other Final Fantasy couples get. Even years later, when I watch the ending video on youtube, I still cry when Laguna appears on the screen.
