Title: My Son Is A Clerith! <3
Description: Cute little story about my son

LadyAerith - March 7, 2007 05:42 PM (GMT)
My little boy Logan is three years old and he's already a HUGE fan of Cloud. It's always Cloud this and Cloud that! LOL He asks me once every single day if we can "Watch Cloud" which means what Advent Children. Cloud and Aerith are currently my desktop and he saw it today when I turned on my computer and he goes "OH MY! IT'S CLOUD AND AERITH!" I also have a couple of Final Fantasy figures, 2 of them consisting of Cloud and Aerith and Logan always insists on holding them both xD He was playing with them yesterday and making them kiss (bless his heart I swear xD)

Well anyway, yesterday I was printing out my comic pages and one of them came out of sort of funky so I had to reprint it. I gave Logan the other page that came out funky and the little guy just freaked out. He grabbed the piece of paper and was running around going "Awwwwww Cloud loves Aerith! Cloud loves Aerith! Aerith loves Cloud! Aerith loves Cloud!" It was the sweetest thing! I wish I had a video camera! I need to take a picture of him holding this drawing. It's so beyond cute. Next he held the paper up and he goes "I LOOOOOOOVE Cloud and Aerith!" Three years old and already he has become a Clerith. I guess momma's teaching him well! ^_^ Anyway, I thought I'd go ahead and share that with you all. :D

That is so cute.
Your son sounds adorable. (CxA is so obvious, even three year olds get it)

Rinchan - March 7, 2007 09:32 PM (GMT)
Awe! That is so cute. Just wait till he first plays FFVII... maybe you should wait till he older so he's not too heartbroken.

You're raising your son right!

Nocturnal~Fantasy - March 7, 2007 11:34 PM (GMT)
Awww, that is so cute! I wish some people raised their kids right (in other ways that CxA). lol.

Lutearina - March 7, 2007 11:58 PM (GMT)
That is TOO adorable~! XD I'd love to see a video of that. xD My little brothers are Clerith, too (my fault D:) and so is my mom. XDD It spread through the family, I suppose~!

LadyAerith - March 8, 2007 12:45 AM (GMT)
Thank you so much you guys :D LOL I managed to get 2 pictures of him with the drawing! LOL I couldn't get him to hold it up and show you all, but he wanted to color it so I put him in his chair and snapped two pics of him with it. He's such a silly guy :P I wish so badly I had a video camera. I would have taken a video of him xD You can somewhat see the comic page from the top. I'll see if I can get a better one of him tomorrow, and yeah needs a haircut xD He gets one this Friday! LOL!

That's pretty adorable, LA! He's very cute, and you should be proud. As soon as he learns to read and write, he should join the forums! No, I'm kidding. But I wonder what his reaction will once he eventually plays the game.

Tacofoolio - March 8, 2007 06:44 AM (GMT)
He's adorable! I swear, I must teach my nieces and nephew, and eventually my kids! But those pictures just kill me with cuteness. *steals him* Kidding!

Asuka - March 8, 2007 07:27 AM (GMT)
Your teaching him the ways of Cloud and Aeris, well done!

He's soooo adorable, make sure he play's VII when he's older otherwise the poor thing will be so upset if he finds out what happens to Aeris now! XD

LadyAerith - March 8, 2007 07:48 AM (GMT)
Thanks so much you guys! That little man is my pride and joy! I love him more than anything. I don't have the heart to let him know what happens to Aerith just yet  He's just so little and I don't think he would understand. Thank you so much for all of the compliments on my son. That just means so much to me :huggle:

yin-chan - March 8, 2007 10:02 AM (GMT)
Oh my goodness. We're educating the new generation in the Ways of the Pink! :lmao: All the children of the people in this forum will grow up to be die-hard Clerises, surrounded by yellow flowers and wearing pink and running in the rain and gardening in the church! It shall be a cult to take over the world! :lmao:

Your son is simply adorable, LadyAerith! ^_^

Clorith88 - March 8, 2007 10:45 AM (GMT)
lol awww thats so cute, i think my 3yr old baby sis might b a clorith too, ive been collecting pics and had 2 sort them out and my sis came in and saw them and asked "who's dat?" so i said who was who and she seemed interested in my clorith pics
^_^

Nocturnal~Fantasy - March 8, 2007 11:41 AM (GMT)
Awww. he's so cute! lol. I kinda agree with what Sadhana said. You should let him join the forums... once he gets older and more mature. lol

LadyAerith - March 8, 2007 04:41 PM (GMT)
Thanks so much you guys! :D Yeah, when he gets older, more mature and such, I will most likely let him join here. But I'm not going to be that type of parent who lets their kid run wild and do whatever they want on the internet. I'll trust him on here but nowhere else, you know? Anyway, I did a new Clerith drawing last night (you can go see it in my Why Did You Leave Me thread in Fanart!) and he saw how Cloud was hugging Aerith and he goes "Awwww Mommy, is Cloud sad?" and I said "No, Cloud's just really happy to see her and so he's hugging her really tight!" then I gave him a hug to show him how lol I just don't have the heart to explain to him what happened to Aerith! lol But he sure loves them. It's so cute.

Kusari Yarou - March 9, 2007 11:45 AM (GMT)
HE'S SO CUTE!!! There isn't an emoticon to describe how cute he is! And the Cleris luvin' is one of the cutest things I've ever heard!
(Sorry, I seem to have run out of adjectives besides 'cute' )

EnglishRose - March 9, 2007 04:28 PM (GMT)
That is just too cute~ :fangirl: The pinkness is contagious! >: D LA, your son is adorable. <3

Amathala - March 9, 2007 06:34 PM (GMT)
LOL those shots are too cute. In the second one he looks like he's going to color his sandwich though XD

Raising a Cleris already, eh? I've got most of my cousins brainwashed :P. Naw, really it was them on their own...they'd played FFVII and they claim Aerith as Clouds "girlfriend" it really is too cute...makes me happy to know that most of my family are die hard romantics like me (LOL forget I said that!).

LadyAerith - March 9, 2007 08:09 PM (GMT)
Awwww thanks so much you guys! :huggle: He really is quite the precious little guy. I just love him to bits and pieces! Yeah, he kinda tore his sandwich apart, ate the contents and just left the bread :lmao:

It's so cute, I made a couple of Clerith videos awhile back and he had to jump up on my lap and watch them. He just adores Clerith and I think it's so sweet!! :fangirl: I'm just afraid that when he gets older and plays the game...well you know <.< lol Just last night he was calling me and my husband Cloud and Aerith. It was so cute!! LOL! We were sitting on the couch watching a movie and he goes up to me, puts his hand on me goes "Mommy, you're Aerith!" and then he goes to Dave (my husband) puts his hand on him and goes "Daddy, you're Cloud!" :fangirl: :cleris: He's just too darn sweet sometimes for his own good! LOL! The fun thing is, is that this summer my husband and I are going to a gaming convention and plan on cosplaying as KH 2 Cloud and Aerith. I can't wait to see his reaction! LOL!

Kuki Prower - March 9, 2007 10:03 PM (GMT)
Haha! That is so cute! Your son is adorable LadyAerith! Is this our new way of bringing from Cleris into the world? It sounds like he's really infactuated with Cloud and Aerith, you shouldn't play the game at the end of disc 1, it would probably break his heart to see Aerith die.

:cleris:

Lol! He's sound and look so cute! Ever try dressing him up as Sora and complete most of our ideal Strife family?

I agree with others, let him play the game when he's older and matured, other the that, Kingdom Hearts is good for him.

haymuvyn - March 10, 2007 07:18 PM (GMT)
omg..pyra thats the best idea! cloud sora and aerith! :fangirl:

But anyways, as everyone has mentioned, your son is too adorable beyond words!
Not only are his actions cute he's just a cute kid! you must have pretty chromosomes xD
I have also converted my family into CxA fans espically my little cousins who are videogame addicts >D

LadyAerith - March 10, 2007 09:33 PM (GMT)
Oh gosh! I wonder if I can get a little Sora costume made for him! LOL! That is an awesome idea! I just love it! He does love Sora too and he always asks "Mommy, ummm play Cloud?" (meaning FFVII) and I'll tell him no, not this time and so he'll say "Okay ummm play Sora!" and I load up the KH2 disc and that little boy gets so excited! I think he'd make an adorable Sora xD That would be so much fun xD we'd have to get a family picture done of that :D LOL! Thanks so much for all the sweet words on my son you guys :huggle:

Pyra Kurai Akaidra - March 10, 2007 09:54 PM (GMT)
Hear, hear! When you manage to make him a Sora costume, post photos! Judging from what I heard, he'll make a good Sora (Roxas doesn't seem right with him, y'know?).

My youngest sister, whenever she want to watch AC, she'll say "Sephihoth!". I try to correct her, but Sephiroth remains known as 'Sephihoth'

LadyAerith - March 10, 2007 10:46 PM (GMT)
Awwwww that is so cute!! You should hear Logan try and say Sephiroth. It comes out Chet-fer-roff and he does this little song thing with his name it's hard to type it out but it's like "Dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dunnnnnnnn Chetferroff!!!" It's so darn cute and sometimes he'll just randomly go throught the house and sing it loudly :lmao:

As soon as I can get him a Sora costume and have him all done up in it, I will be TOTALLY posting it!! LOL! I plan on posting the cosplay pics as soon as they are done :D

Pyra Kurai Akaidra - March 11, 2007 09:36 AM (GMT)
We shall await them photos, LadyAerith. We can't wait! :D

I wonder if he'll be proud of them later in life...meh.

MistaCloudStrife - March 11, 2007 12:58 PM (GMT)
I think it's pretty easy to influence kids at this age.

I believe when my first nephew had just started to read I got him into anime. And I mean "fresh from Japan" anime... so he was reading full-on subtitles. >=) He probably started watching Naruto way before any other kids his age. And both he and my other nephew(his brother) both got into Guyver and Final Fantasy together. Unlike my parents and my sister, they actually found out on their own that not every Final Fantasy continues the same story. =P

And I find it funny when the little one see's a picture of Cloud and says "That's Uncle!"...

Or when I see both of them playing and the little one says, "I'm spiderman!" then the elder says, "Ok, then I'm Cloud" and the little one takes it back and says "No, I wanna be Cloud!"

RPGs and subtitled animes are good from a young kid's brain, I say. =P

Kaldea - March 11, 2007 07:08 PM (GMT)
It scares me to think what my children would be like. Thankfully I'm doing the world a favor and not having kids.

The only experience I have with kids and influencing them with Cloud is my sister's boyfriend's kids. When I first showed them FFVII Cloud, they didn't like him because "he didn't look good" in his original graphics. They even said I was obsessed with him and they rolled their eyes at all my Cloud stuff. After I showed them AC, they went absolutely nuts over him, and Danielle (the sister) even went as far as to tell me to back off because he was hers. I gave them my AC Cloud wallscroll when I moved, ugh. They wanted my Advent Pieces too but I think everyone knows I'd kill anyone within ten feet of my set. :tard:

*Is not a child person and probably never will be*

Sefie - March 12, 2007 12:09 AM (GMT)
:lmao: Too CUTE! My two year old neice ships CloudxKaldea xD She was sitting in my lap and squealed and patted CG's graphics of her and Cloud
Also, the other day she was standing on my bed, pointing up at the pic of Aeris on my FFVII wallscroll and calling her "mommy"

THE FANDOM GROWS, BWAHAHAHA. :tard:

Aeris gets called mom a lot I see. :lmao:

Tacofoolio - March 12, 2007 03:50 PM (GMT)
lol, My niece loves Manga, she's three, so she can't read yet, but when she comes over, she always has me read it to her while she looks at the pictures. She particularly likes YuYu Hakusho, Yusuke in particular. I particularly cracked up when there was a demon that had a bunch of creepy eyes and her eyes went all huge as she said, "Cucuy!" For those who don't know, it's basically the Mexican boogeyman. I asked her again later who that was when my husband was around, and he started cracking up too when he heard. I must introduce her to final fantasy, my nephew too once he's a little older. ^_^

Eternity-Knight - March 13, 2007 02:18 AM (GMT)
:lmao: That's too cute! :)

GeGe_Uchiha07 - March 13, 2007 05:56 AM (GMT)
Oh my goodness LadyAerith!!
Your son is simply adorable heh

and like my own pride and joy...they both are obsessed with Clerith ^^

Everytime my husband turns on the 'Ol playstation

my three-year-old twins
Joseph and Uli come running towards us.
"Mommy i wanna see Cloud!!"

We even went as far as registrering my daughter in a church gardening comittee for little children...

Ill have to get a picture of the two of them to post
But the cutest thing they do is whenever we go into a gaming store, they shout out at every blonde haired guy or brown haired women.
"Cloud!" or "Aerith!"

But since they can't say all the sylabilles it comes out more like
"Cwud!" and "A-roth."

Children are so sweet arn't they?
:huggle:

LadyAerith - March 13, 2007 02:41 PM (GMT)
Awwwwww that is so simply adorable!! I would love to see a picture of your twins, they sound so so sweet! ^_^

My little guy is three years old as well. Sometimes they are just beyond adorable when they are that age ^_^ I decided to play FFVII this weekend and Logan got so excited. I was in the date scene and Logan was literally jumping up and down "Cloud and Aerith! Cloud and Aerith!" It was just so cute! I can't wait to see a pic of your twins! Yes, children are just wonderful :huggle:

GeGe_Uchiha07 - March 13, 2007 05:03 PM (GMT)
Indeed they are...
Although i do advise strongly. Do not share with them what happens to aerith.
My husband was playing the game at that part and the scene. Both of my twins were staring wide-eyed.
"Mommy? Why did she go away?"
I could even see the tears in their eyes as they watch her go.
I can't tell you how painful it was to see them that way.
Luckily my husband came up with a little 'white-lie"
Telling them it was only a joke she didnt really go away.
[We say going away as to not worry them any more]
becuase in my opinion saying the word "death" would be to much to handle for that age.

I hope i made the right choice though...

LadyAerith - March 13, 2007 05:40 PM (GMT)
Oh I don't plan on letting him see that scene. Not yet  ...not until he understands what death really is. I think it would break his heart if he knew that Aerith was "going away"

I think and feel that you did do the right thing. Children that age shouldn't have to know what death means yet. I feel like they are just too young to have to learn something as tragic as death. Bless their little hearts.

*Omni-Slasher* - March 13, 2007 06:24 PM (GMT)
Amazing, even a three year old understands a couple. He sure did choose quite the great couple, that's for sure. As for showing him Aerith's short life, I would wait as well. But then, you could tell him that Aerith "didn't go away". She's just in a better place watching over Cloud.

GeGe_Uchiha07 - March 13, 2007 06:47 PM (GMT)
You really think so LadyAerith?
i mean i know i shouldnt tell them about it now, that much is obivous.
But i fear that we they grow older they will reliaze that we lied to them
and i don't know were to go from there

Yes i have considered that but i feel that they might not understand what that is quite yet.
Bless their innocent hearts <3..barely able to recite the ABCs and already they can see one of the most deepest love relationships :huggle:

Also my son Joseph has taking a liking to Vincent Valentine aswell
[seeing as our last name is Valentine]
It so cute how he calls his sister Yuffie ^^
..but it seems to worry his sister though.
'Mommy i wanna be A-roth..not Yuwie!!"

oh and here are some not-so-recent pictures of my pride and joy^^

When they were first born..
Here

and then a little later on ^^
here^^

and i think im going to take thier pictures off of Photobucket..or get them copy written or somthing..i saw thier pictures in somone elses account!

LadyAerith - March 13, 2007 08:02 PM (GMT)
I think you're doing the right thing, indeed. I think once they get older, they probably won't remember you telling them that or they will look past something like that. Older children should understand why you told them what they did when they were younger ^^

Your children are just beautiful!! What precious babies!! I just wanna hold them and cuddle them!! They are beyond adorable! :huggle: As for people stealing your pictures of them, I'd definantly get those photos copywritten so it doesn't happen again.

GeGe_Uchiha07 - March 14, 2007 12:40 AM (GMT)
Thank you so much for the compliments LadyAerith^^
and i do say so myself you son, Logan is so adorable

Hehe..my son would like to say hi to him
[Joseph is currently waving at the computer screen]

I swear i could eat them up ^^ :huggle:

Inuyatta - March 14, 2007 06:30 AM (GMT)
I dunno, can you really be called liars when you consider just how present Aerith is even after her physical death? ;)

Besides...there's always Kingdom Hearts.
