Out of some fictional series, what were some of the most emotional love triangles you have seen in fiction and tell why and about it. There was a topic like this, but this is for the most emotional and serious love triangles you've seen and tell about them and why and describe them. This will get some great, intense answers. I want to hear other's choices. I think this is a good topic to talk about other triangles in other series.

I think the Kelly/Dylan/Brenda Brenda/Dylan/Kelly love triangle which became the Dylan/Kelly/Brandon love triangle which became the Matt/Kelly/Dylan love triangle from Beverly Hills, 90210.

Beverly Hills 90210 is a show that is very long and very good and emotional. It is ten years long. Both pairings were so emotional and both couples had wonderful kisses and both couples were so great. Because I thought both of the couples were great, it is very emotional. The kisses, the sex scenes, the love, it was all very intense and emotional and exciting. I really enjoyed every part. Here's the story.

During ten seasons, there are many couples that are dating and boyfriend and girlfriend and in relationships.

Dylan and Kelly knew each other, then Brenda started dating Dylan. They were dating and boyfriend and girlfriend for two years, they had sex and they had gone through many obstacles. Dylan and Brenda makeout in Dylan's car and Dylan wants to have sex with Brenda, but Brenda isn't ready. Dylan and Brenda make up later on, When she thought she was pregnant after they had sex, he comforted her. Dylan and Brenda make out in Dylan's car after a break up. Dylan and Brenda makeout and go through many obstacles. Dylan was an alcoholic. After dating for two years, Brenda falls asleep at Dylan's house when they were kissing and were forbidden from seeing each other. They sneak off on a trip to Mexico and get into trouble. Brenda is forbidden from seeing Dylan, but they see each other in secret. After they had been dating for two years, over the summer, Kelly and Dylan were spending time together, since Brenda had gone on a trip with Dylan without her family's permission and started living with him, her family sent her to Paris. Kelly had liked Dylan for some time and while Brenda was gone, Kelly and Dylan shared kisses and had a relationship. Dylan kisses Kelly. Dylan and Kelly spend the night together wrapped in each other's arms. Kelly tells Dylan that they should stop and that she doesn't want to hurt Brenda. When Brenda comes back, Dylan becomes her boyfriend again and they continue dating. When Brenda found out that Dylan had an affair, but didn't know who with, Brenda broke up with him. Dylan visits Kelly and they kiss. Kelly and Dylan kiss passionately. Dylan becomes Kelly's boyfriend. Kelly and Dylan go on a date and kiss passionately. Dylan takes Kelly outside at night and they share their secret pasts and thoughts. Kelly and Dylan kiss passionately outside at night. He asks her to go with him on a trip around the world. Kelly and Dylan kiss again. Brandon asks Kelly to marry him. Kelly and Dylan kiss passionately. Kelly tells them that it's too hard to choose between them. Kelly starts dating Colin. Colin is addicted to coke. Colin does coke and gets Kelly to do coke. Dylan does coke. Dylan did coke. Later, Kelly and Brandon become boyfriend and girlfriend again and date for two years. Kelly finds the ring Brandon brought and shows him that she brought it back. While Kelly and Brandon are dating, Dylan has moved in with Brenda and they are living together. Kelly and Brandon get engaged and live together. For two years, both couples are dating and living together. Kelly is with Brandon and they are dating and go through many obstacles. Kelly gets pregnant with Brandon's child and has a miscarriage. When they move in together, Kelly gets shot and develops amnesia and doesn't remember Brandon. Kelly reads her journal and remembers Brandon and they dance together. Kelly and Brandon kiss and have sex many times. Brandon and Kelly continue to date for a year. They move in together. Brandon cheats and has sex with someone else. Kelly forgives Brandon. Brandon asks Kelly to marry him again when they are having a fight and Kelly says yes and they have sex. At Kelly and Brandon's wedding, they realize at the alter that they aren't ready to take the next step and call off their wedding. Brandon and Kelly have sex that night. Brandon leaves and then Matt comes. Kelly and Matt start dating and later Dylan comes back. Kelly and Dylan have sex while on vacation. Kelly and Dylan become close when she is raped. Kelly and Matt get engaged. Later, Dylan and Kelly get back together and have sex.

This was a brief summary. The couples in the series were boyfriend and girlfriend and dating for a long time. I like all the couples that are dating in the series.

I really liked how it showed all the different couples dating and in relationships and the love triangle was very emotionally involved because both couples had been dating, had had sex, had had lots of kisses and a lot of emotions were involved.

There are a lot more love triangles, but that one from Beverly Hills, 90210 was very emotional because I liked all the couples and supported both. There are so many wonderful and emotional love triangles.

So, I want to hear which love triangles you felt were emotional. I will add some more as well.

Chopin: Desire for Love. Has anyone ever seen this movie? While Chopin was a real person, the events that unfolded in the movie were entirely fictional. It isn't an accurate portrayal of Chopin's life, but it's a very engaging love story nonetheless.

Can you imagine a love triangle between Chopin, a woman George Sand and her own daughter? (There's no real historical evidence that prove Chopin actually had an affair with Sand's daughter, but George Sand's memoirs hint that the two had a closer relationship than one realized.) And to top it all of, Chopin was a dying man, a famous musician, an emotional wreck and wanted by almost every woman he ever met in his life. Every woman he met literally fell in love with him, because he had such an enticing personality. The jealousy between George Sand, who was much older than Chopin, and her daughter who was young and beautiful was extremely entertaining. XD But what a tear-jerker this movie was.

I actually found the love triangle between Cloud/Aeris/Tifa to be pretty emotional. Cloud truly loved Aeris, but she was killed by Sephiroth. And even through death, he still loves her. Tifa on the other hand was in love with Cloud. She was mean to him when he was younger and so he went off to join soldier to impress her but seemed to move on and almost forget about her. Later, she falls in love with Cloud but he no longer shares those same feelings. After Aeris dies, and Cloud falls into the lifestream and is found in Mideel, Tifa decides that she's going to help him and later finds out that he had a crush on her when they were younger. I think she thought that Cloud still loved her. But at the end of the game, Cloud talks about meeting Aeris in the promised land, and she accepts that Cloud will always love Aeris. I always thought her words "Yeah, Let's go meet her" and her reaction with her dropping her head made that scene powerful and very emotional. The scene right before that with Cloud smiling as he's reaching towards Aeris's hand always puts tears in my eyes.

If Tifa hadn't ignored Cloud when they were younger, she probably could have had him.

Aeris kind of both wins and loses. Cloud loved her, but she's dead and they can't be together physically.

Kind of the same with Tifa. She can be with Cloud physically, but he doesn't love her back the way she would want him too.

This one's easy for me. Jim and Pam from The Office take the emotional love triangle cake in my book. Enjoy this overly detailed summary of their story (which I'm sure no one will read):

The story's set in a paper-selling office in Scranton called Dunder Mifflin. Jim's a cute sales rep who prides himself on his sense of humor. Pam's the receptionist who's sweet and loves a good joke, but isn't outgoing or a risk-taker.

In the first two seasons, Jim and Pam were best friends who spent their time coming up with elaborate pranks. Jim and Pam were the perfect couple-- that was never together. Pam, however, was engaged to a guy named Roy who worked in the warehouse of the office. They had been dating since high school, and were engaged for more than three years. Roy was insensitive and uncaring, and he refused to set a date for the wedding. Thus begins the first JAM love triangle-- Jim/Pam/Roy. The JAM chemistry was obvious, even to fellow employees and also Roy who at one point in the first season almost attacked Jim when he found him "too close" to Pam.

Halfway through season 2, Roy publically decided to set a date for the wedding, June 10. For the rest of the season, Jim had to deal with the pain of knowing that Pam's wedding was really going to happen as she planned it at work.

By the end of the season in May, Jim was so heartbroken over Pam getting married in the coming weeks that he began thinking of transferring to the Stamford branch of Dunder Mifflin. In the season finale, only three weeks before Pam's wedding, Jim finally told her that he was in love with her. Pam was completely shocked, and meekly responded "I can't." Then, in the last scene of the episode, Pam was up in the empty office when Jim walked in. As she turned to try to talk things out with him, he kissed her. And she kissed him back. Thus ended season 2.

Season 3 picked up in real time. It was now September, and as it turned out, Pam again told Jim "I can't" after they had kissed. So Jim transferred to Stamford. Pam, however, realized too late that she really was in love with Jim, cancelled the wedding, and broke up with Roy.

For the next few months, Jim tried his best to get over Pam, and starting dating an employee from Stamford named Karen to do just that. However, financial problems with Dunder Mifflin forced the company to close the Stamford branch and merge it with Scranton, throwing Pam back into Jim's life. Thus begins the second JAM love triangle-- Jim/Pam/Karen.

Since the merger between the two branches, Jim has been doing everything he can to move on from Pam. He still thinks that she isn't in love with him (even though, as the audience, we know she is), and in an attempt not to resurface his feelings, Jim has been trying to avoid almost all contact with her. He knows that if they go back to their old ways of pulling pranks and partners in crime, he won't be able to avoid falling in love with her again, and will-- in his mind-- have to deal with the pain of rejection again.

In a recent episode, Jim mentioned that although rebounds are a nice distraction, you still think about the girl you're really in love with, the one that broke your heart. He's staying with Karen in his best attempt to get over his feelings for Pam. Karen, however, in the last episode, found out from a fellow employee that Jim was once in love with Pam, something he had neglected to tell her. What she does with this information, I'm going to find out tomorrow night. :D

So yeah, I think this is the most emotional love triangle I know of. For three seasons now, I've been rooting for Jim and Pam to get together, only for them to be seperated by a third person (Roy in the first two seasons, Karen this season). They are truly made for each other, and I don't know a single person who watches the show and isn't praying for them to get together.

This was the first anime/manga that actually made me cry, and it was all because of Kairi and the whole LTD thing.

Well, in case anyone is interested in it, I won't spoil it, but it really was the first thing that's ever made me cry; no other novel, manga, show, movie, or anime has ever made me cry. That's how emotional it was. xD In the end, the pairing I was rooting for was canon, and by then, I was crying tears of joy. D:
