Title: To The Flower Girl
Description: a song I composed

Tifa Lockheart - January 15, 2007 06:22 AM (GMT)
Been composing songs like hell for my band; and I just had to write something inspired by Final Fantasy VII. Some members of the audience might realize it's CloudxAerith when we perform it live... unlucky are the Clotis in the crowd. Haha. :P
Anyway, without further ado, here are some of the verses...

Verse 1
Cloud wants me to sacrifice
A little time for you
He says that you're too important
You're so much precious to lose.

Verse 2
Cloud demands a little strife
From everyone but you
But everyone's too busy now
To rest themselves on you.

Refrain
The pain you left won't go away
He can't just sit around and wait.

Chorus
So you drowned into the dark blue
While we mourned for you
The pink lingers in our eyes
Victory won't suffice.

Verse 3
Cloud wants you to go to sleep
With promises to keep
But should he die before he wakes
We'll take him to your lake.

Very good! I especially love the last verse. Is the rest of your band Cleris? :P

We haven't done a formal recording yet but I can find a way to upload a rough acoustic version. Haha. XD
Zhakeena is my bandmate (I don't know if you remember her. :P); she plays lead guitar. As for the rest of my band, I'm not sure if they're Clerith though. ^_^' We never discuss it.
