You all know tifa belongs with cloud. I dont know why you guys cant accept it. I dont hate aeris, ok i do. SHE'S USELESS IN BATTLE!!! She can heal you for 300 health with her limit, or you can heal for over 1000 by using like 15 mp. Tifa, on the other hand, can hit the enemy a max of 7 times, doing around a max of around 70000 damage. Aeris, can heal you, use useless status effects, and other crap. Aeris is a stupid loser and deserved to die. Yeah, I said it. SHE DESERVED TO DIE!!!!

Maybe if you played the game properly and maybe even...finished the game...even though that is asking too much for you people, you'd realize that Aeris does as much curing and as much damage as you let her. You just proved that you have no idea how to use the battle system. And you don't have to make up stats for Tifa here. A lot of us have maxed her out unlike you.

Go learn how to play RPGs properly, idiot. That and figure out the real meaning of the story. :mellow:

In a game, the story is more important than battles, Tifa is useful in battle, but Aerith is more useful than Tifa in the story of Final Fantasy VII, and for Cloud too.

Wowwww. Useless in battle? You obviously don't understand anything about the battle system. Allow me to explain this to you: in FFVII, magic can be just as damaging as attacking. Aerith is REALLY good with magic. If you level her up based on magic, she can do more damage with a summon or black magic spell than a physical attack.

And if you think that her limits suck, you've obviously never seen Great Gospel where she completely restores the entire party's HP/MP, clears all status effects, and makes every party member temporarily invulnerable. And if you have seen that but still think her limit breaks are useless, you're just an idiot-- although that wouldn't surprise me.

^ And Aerith with her final limit break can make every one of Tifa's 7 hits cause zero damage.

You can't cause leet damage if your HP is zero. Besides, Great Gospel > Than everyone's Limit Breaks combined. Aside from the story, if Aerith was alive after disc one, the gameplay would have been too easy.

The more max HP there is though the more Aeris will heal. Let's say the example is everyone at 5'000 HP - Aeris will now restore 2'500 to all. Yuffie's Clear Tranquil has the same effect.

I've noticed that usually, while white mages are bashed for being weak they are actually the most powerful characters in the game. At least from my experience. My Aeris, Yuna, and Garnet could kick major ass.

It annoys me when people think white mages suck when they're just as important as the warrior.

In any RPG that I play, the key characters are always the warrior, who has the strongest attacks and the white mage, who heals. Items be damned, magic always heals more than a potion. Why waste a turn with a potion that heals in the hundreds when a white mage can heal you in the the thousands?

If I go with how I play my FFVII files, Cloud goes out with Yuffie. And AC gives clouffie hints, minor as they are.
