My friend showed this to me and I thought it was quite fun! If you're original character a Mary-Sue? Find out!

I got the score of 29, which is a Borderline Sue. Which I think its the best one to receive! Because it would be extremely hard to create a character that has no Mary-Sue qualities because all characters have them whether we like it or not. ^_^

Yeah, so I think my character did really well! I'm glad he's balanced because then it shows that he's more human in my opinion.

I got Borderline Sue too. with the same score. i hope i can make it even less...

One of my characters got a -5! Another got exactly 0! I definately disagree that you can't make a character with no Sue/Stu qualities, you just need to really keep them like a normal person. Normal people have lots of flaws, and I make sure my characters have flaws too, it just matters on how they deal with those flaws too, you can be a flawed person but still a good person. ^_^

So according to this, Cloud is a Mary Sue? :lmao:

I dunno how anyone could make a real thought out character in an alternate universe with an interesting story and NOT be one with this test honestly. :mellow: Almost anyone in the FFVII universe can be considered a Mary Sue if they go by these guidelines.

Also tried this with Harry Potter. He's also a Mary Sue.

It kinda dissapointed me in a way. I got 30 and I worked my @$$ off just to make her NOT a mary-sue. Oh well. It's boarderline. Luckily, I haven't done anything with the story yet (i.e; posting it up).

The site does say that it isn't completely accurate, also I think it depends what kind of story your character comes from, ones that are in fantasy/sci-fi ones should have more Mary-Sue qualities because of magic and such forth.

I rearranged the him a bit, just little bits, also noticing what was wrong with him in some areas and took the test again and I got a 13 this time ^_^ Not a Mary-Sue, that's great. He still has Sue-qualities because it is to do with the plot and character development and such because they need to be there but yay for him :)

Oh, I took that AGES ago. My friend Jake got irredeamable sue. It was hilarious. :lol:

It's not too difficult a test, in my opinion, although fantasy settings definitely make it harder.

My fantasy-world hero got a -4 due to a major physical handicap. Luna the Sue Slayer winz at teh lyfe. :winner:

Of course, she only represent one part of me (the one who want to strangle, swear, smartass, etc at people but was silenced by my nicer side), though I do need to work her a bit more.

That's odd because when I tried it on Aerith she flunked. *Maybe I was overly honest*

when my friend tried this test she got a 258 it was pretty funny too because then she started ranting about how the test was wrong and stuff she was so mad it was hysterical :lmao:
