Well personally what i would like to see happpen in Cloud leaving the land of the living and joining Aerith is everlasting salvation...(personally the whole Aerith reserection thing seem a bit quirre to me)

Hmmm, well I think it all depends on what the situations need to be for them to be together. Cloud and Aeris are exisiting in different dimensions right now, but as AC showed us Aeris still resides in Cloud's heart, and they can interact. They just can't have a typical relationship.
So, it's all really up to personal preference. You may want Cloud and Aeris to get married and have a family, that would require Aeris coming back. Or you could just want them to have the afterlife together, which I like. Or you can ship CloudxSpirit!Aeris, which is what the situation in AC is like.

You can also ship Cloudx(Operational Thetan III)Aerith. Aerith will help Cloud reach OT-III level, so that he will be free from Xenu's control, therefore Cloud won't be a slave of the Galactic Confederation, nor will he be deceived with free taxes again, just to end up being placed near a volcano, and blown up with hydrogen bombs.

I don't want either. XD I like the bittersweetness of their relationship. I see Cloud living out his life fully while Aeris watches over him, and they reunite as floaty green lifestream years later. :lol:

I agree with Zelda. I love the bond that Cloud and Aeris have, to me it is more profound than either her being revived or him dying (prematurely). No matter what happens to him, Aeris is always going to be there for Cloud, because she's a part of him now. I think that once Cloud lives his life and it's his time to die, they can be truly reunited and that'll be fine. But I don't want him to die until he's at least fifty. :P

You don't have to kill anyone or revive anyone. It's just how it IS. If it's good enough for Cloud, damnit, then it should be good enough for the rest of us.

But maybe i should have been a bit more clearer in what i was saying before. When i said Cloud should die and reunite with Aerith. Of course i meant after he has lived his live and passed on..

I know he would totally be a god if he did that :D
