Technically in a round-about way, he was...but unless you've played the game all the way through, you wouldnt really know HOW...

Yeah, technically he is on the cover for both KH 2 and that one. When I first got KH 2, I was like "what, Riku isn't on the cover...??" But, now I know he was. I just didn't notice.XDD
