Do you think the game, world, and people in it, be better off with Aerith dead or alive?

Is it such a bad thing that she's dead, or should she be revived?

Think about it from all points;

Would the world even exist if she wasn't in the Lifestream?
Plot-wise, what would have happened if she hadn't been killed?
Would they have even made AC if she lived?
Cloud & Aerith - mentally/romantically/other

The world wouldn't exist, because it was in fact Aerith who summoned the Lifestream to protect the planet against Meteor.

It brings emotion, feeling, and meaning to the game. I think it was a great plot twist, as sad as it may be.

I think Cloud and Aerith's relationship drastically changed when she was killed, because that's when all of Cloud's emotions were let loose; love, anger, hatred, sadness. And plus, Aerith loves him all the same, and helps him through the hard times with short but reassuring visits.

I love the subject of Aerith and the Lifestream. Because she embraces it, she's fine with it, she accepted it. She embraces Death.
