I drew this picture from a manga comic I saw, but the clothes were cut off and I don't know how to draw it in. :(

You see the empty space to the left? That's where his robes should be hanging, but I just can't put it to paper! >_<

Not really, but it's the same kind of thing
Basically, I just need someone to draw a few squiggly lines down, because the robe is simply flowing down. No colouring. No need to even be accurate. :( I just need an outline.
