Hi there yes it is aerisbolt with another story :blush: what can I say this fanfiction is like a new toy, I can't get enough of it.

This one is about a different couple with a totally different feel to it as stated in the topic description, but I thought I would post it in case anyone wants to check it out. ReTi lovers should want to :lol: and actually should be required to...

Well, I can't deny a request! :D Plus, once I read this one, I really wanted to respond.

Aerisbolt, congratulations. You have done some serious growing in your writing in a very short amount of time. It took me years to go through the changes that you've done in a few months. I really enjoyed this. The imagery was great, the characters were handled well, and the angst wasn't over the top or lacking. Is this a oneshot, or will there be more chapters? I'm not the biggest ReTi person, but I'd love to read more.

You've improved so much, I feel like you don't deserve any constructive criticism. :lol: And the only thing I can think of anyway is just to work on your conventions some more. Maybe you didn't proofread or proofread closely enough, but there were occasional mistakes.

Yeah, that should be "His voice". But the mistakes like that were finite and few between, so nothing to fret over.

I really want to offer my congratulations 'cause this was so great. :cheer: Fantastic job!

I agree with Sadhana. Very good job. I am not a big fan of Reti, but I still respect really good writers and their writing when I see them. Keep up the good work! ^_^

And oh darn it on the mistakes, I did check but I have a habit of reading what I want it to say instead of what it really says so thank you for pointing that out, I will go back and fix things.

To answer your question, this was a oneshot to get my feet wet as it were in this type of theme and therefore I am done with this background and storyline for now,but it may creep in again in my next story.

For my next story I want to combine the three types of stories I have already done into a major story, probably two parter. It will feature ReTi but other couples will come up as well.

I am sorry but that is all aerisbolt is writing on this particular story. Like a said earlier I am wanting to write a major story and have ReTi as the predominate couple so aspects from this short story may be present again, but this will stand as a quick oneshot.

Hopefully I can convert some of you to ReTi fans in the process :whistle:

I got all teary at the end :sad: . Very well written, aerisbolt! You captured the emotion of the scene very nicely, especially with the gloomy effect of the weather outside. As a diehard ReTi fan, I give this fic a 10/10! I, actually, like stories a lot better with that gloomy ending at the end. It gives you a ton of "what if's?" to think about. Very nice! ((BTW, I began working on my ReTi fic again after weeks of neglection!))

Yay! I am so happy you liked it IG, it means a whole lot since you were the one who got me into ReTi as a couple in the first place :huggle: And I hear ya on the ending, sometimes I like a sadder open ended story as well, gives the reader the choice to decide what happens. I have to say I have enjoyed writing all these different themed stories, it has been a lot of fun.

Just a quick note I did go back and fix al the mistakes I could find and added one or two very small things for those interested. If I still missed mistakes please let me know, I would be very grateful (editing is definately not a gift I have :lol: )

To answer your question, yes it is a oneshot but I do plan to write an actual chapter story about them in the future. I have started it but it will be a while probably before I post any of it. But as far as this particular story or moment goes, I am leaving this as a oneshot.
