I really hope i'm not the only one in this forum that a fan of this movie. :( IN my opinion it has to be Miyazaki's greatest movie ever! My favorite character is San.

I'd love to join. I really enjoyed Princess Mononoke, and I'm a fan. The story was very interesting, and I liked the plot. Even though it wasn't the most romantic, I still liked the little hint of romance it offer. :) It ended nicely, and my favorite character would also be San. She's quite pretty, and even though she acted stubborn alot of the time, she slowly sofened up toward the end.

Yay!!!! It's nice to know other people appreiciate Miyazaki's work. I read somewhere that when the English dub came to theaters it did poorly at the box office. In Japan it was one of the most sucessful animated films. it was number one at the Japanese box office until the Japanese dub of Titanic came along. Some people don't appreciate good movies.
