Darn...I can't seem to confirm which filter you used, but I'm going to say Poster Edges. Anyway, I think it would've been better if you didn't use that filter on the overall sig, but it's pretty good overall. ^_^

Yeah, I agree with P_H. I wouldn't go with the effect you gave it. Maybe a different one. Possibly make the font different, and put some extra designs. But, besides that it looks good. :) 7.8/10.
