Title: Within Temptation- Our Farewell
Description: Can someone send me this?

Äh, I'm basically requesting the song "Our Farewell" from Within Temptation. It's on their album "Mother Earth".

I've been trying to make my next musicvideo to this song but Adobe Premiere won't - for some reason - accept MP3s. It always creates some bug that screwes the entire project.

So I need the song in .wav-format. I've tried formating my MP3 in Wave but Premiere seems to smell its the same and won't work either. Does someone own the original CD and could rip the song in .wav-format and send it to me via yousendit or something?

I have the album but don't have a clue as to how to make it a .wav file. All of them instantly become .wma files.

Maybe that's because you rip them with Windows Media Player. You should use a ripping program such as, for example a simple and well known one, Music Match.

Once you find the program you'd like to use, in the ripping options you set the file format, wich in this case should be .wav

If you use Nero Burning ROM as your Cd Writer Software, it comes with a really good ripper.

Hhm, I tried with .wma (hadn't thought of this) but Premiere won'T even recognize .wma files. Somehow it won'T work with anything except .wav.
Would you be willing to try a ripping program - as Clerith-son suggested? I would search and try a program, if you want me to...so I wouldn't let you hang (it's my request after all)...

Or is there anyone else, who owns the CD and knows how to handle these?

Edit: Ha, it looks like I won't need it anymore. I made an Audio-CD out of my MP3 file from the song, then ripped it with MusicMatch as .wav and tried to fool Premiere with that. It seems to work - till now, that is - Thanks to everyone :gift: .

(This is probably the 5 program I downloaded just to make Premiere accept my footage. Two videos from here on and my computer is screwed...)
