Apparently word is going around that there is a song on the FFAC OST called 'Forever Walking Alone'.

Can someone clear this up for me? I'm confused, and the lyrics are awesome, but is this really part of the soundtrack? I know it's been used in some fanvideos, but I'm also hearing that it's also part of a soundtrack.

Nope. I have the OST and that song isn't on there. The only songs with lyrics are "Calling", "One-Winged Angel", and "The Promised Land".

But, wow, I really wish it was on the OST. :o

Thats the video I've always seen it for. :) I simply love the song... It was the first video I ever saw for Cloud and Aeris. It was also the first time I ever saw Aeris die....This video got me into the lust for Cleris too. The song is soo touching and sad.... the lryics are so beautiful.

Apparently, the song Forever Walking Alone is by some band called "Dragonland". I highly doubt it's part of the Advent Children OST. The lyrics really do fit Cloud nicely though :)

I have the AC OST as well, and like FF_G has said, no, the song is not in it.

Ah, thank you very much. There was a few sites listing it as part of an AC soundtrack, and it does sound a bit J-rockish, but...eh. Still, it's a good song for Clerith. XD I guess the reason it was hard to verify is because several people on the 'net are taking it as an official part of the AC OST. XD

I own the AC soundtrack as well, but you know how you buy CD's of an anime series, and then there are always at least two more out there that you didn't know about at first? Like BGM music and image albums, etc? Yeah--I was wondering if something like that had happened here. XD

I find that a lot of love ballads sound are in J-Rock songs, it's really cool to hear songs like those with that kind of edge in the music. Just look at Gackt...we've been posting his songs as perfect Cleris lyrics for forever! And he does make the most beautiful ballads I have ever heard.

It would have been cool if that was on the OST too...that OST needed more songs with lyrics in them.

Haha, it would be insanely awesome if that were on the OST, but then that would be going against "fan interpretations" wouldn't it? *Sigh* If only SE was that straight forward...
