They're such an amazing band and Lacey has a great voice but that girl can SCREAM. They have both hit singles and vidoes "I'm So Sick" and "Fully Alive" I would recommand you guys to listen to them because she's this little girl that has so much rock enegry. They have lyrics that will make you cry and lyrics that will make you laugh. Thier lyrics are so raw and edgy and dark which is AWESOME.

I haven't brought their CD yet but I will next month..... FLYLEAF ROCKS :punk: rock on dude!!! :D

She's ok. I mean, i've heard her music, and its pretty good. Its not like I LOVE HER like I love Kelly Clarkson, but she sounds interesting. :) She sounds kinda emo to me... :lol:

Right now... she's my favorite new Rock & Roll chick on my list.. I see Avril Lavigne falling off the list if she doesn't hurry with her 3rd album lol.

She does sound emo and she's great live. I've heard her. She's hot too lol. :blush: I got to get this CD. I heard about them last month while I was watching MTV and I was like this girl is amazing. She has so much rock power... like me! :D GOD, I need this CD. What's wrong with her? She has a great voice...

I'm not much for dark rock, but I do love Lacey's voice.
However their so called 'based on a true story' song "Cassie", is a myth, it never happened

I heart Flyleaf. One of my favorite bands. Lacey has such an amazing voice. I hope I get to see them live one day, my cousin has been trying to get tickets. But yeah, amazing band! I can proudly say they conquered my Ipod. XD

I love this band too. My favorite song is Fully Alive :punk: it reminds me of Lurcreica (can't spell her name >_< ) from FF7:DoC it's so pretty :fangirl:

Erm... actually Flyleaf is anything BUT emo...it's quite inspirational. Cassie is one of my favorite songs...because of what it represents...it's not about suicide like I originally thought, but about a girl who was murdered for stating her beliefs...

Anyway, if you listen to most of the songs, they are quite uplifting...talking about problems, and how they got through them. It's so great, especially for a rock/punk band. I'm also going to see them on Sept. 9th...I'm so excited to be able to see Flyleaf live on stage! I'll make sure to post some pictures.

BTW...my sig set is Flyleaf as well, if any of you couldn't tell. Fair warning too..."Fully Alive" is different on the CD than it is on the radio. The radio version seems to be a tad bit longer (same version that's in the video if anyone has seen it).

The whole thing is based on a popular myth, actually. The girl who was murdered, Cassie Bernall, was never questioned about her beliefs during the massacre. But the girl who was questioned about her beliefs, Valeen Schnurr(not sure if that's how you spell it) survived the massacre.
But the message and melody of the song "Cassie" are great.

My favorite is "All Around Me". It's just...intense :)

OMG! I love this Band, I bought the album yesterday night and my favorite song is called "Cassie" it reminds me of Aerith off FF7 if you listen closely then I like "Fully Alive" and "I'm so Sick"

Is someone jealous? :mellow: Just because he's your hubbie doesn't mean he can't adore a singer, specially one you seem to dislike. :3
