Mkay, I'm trying to prove to my mom that DQ is NOT an internet predator, but to do so, first I need to know how to TELL one. Any suggestions?

Right right, that didn't help at all...
But I really don't know, I've never had to deal with anything like this myself. But unless you're planning to meet him I really do not see why it's such a big deal to her, you should be allowed to talk with anyone you wish. I chat with all kinds of weird people and I'm still in one piece and alive, more or less. :rolleyes:
Eh, maybe someone else can help you more by telling how to deal with your overprotective mother. ^_^
