I need constructive criticism on my Naruto art. I'm pretty sure the eyes are too small, and I can't draw spiky hair. -___- Damn you, Masashi.

Yeah, it does look like official art! I think the hair is drawn well and the eyes are the right size. As for constructive criticism... The only thing I can say is that it'll look even better in color!
