I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this (or if this topic has been discussed before) but I just had to share it.

The Genki Geeks are a group of finearts students that do awesome videogame/anime parodies in their spare time. They've done two in a series that they call: Finearts Fantasy, where they basically construct their own rpg based on well known rpg cliches, and 'act it out' costumes and all and post their pictures for all to see! Gamers should be able to recognize quite a few of the cliches they use - it's freaking hilarious!!! :lmao:

Finearts Fantasy I
Finearts Fantasy II

I think it raises a good question about the lack of originality in plenty of rpg games, including Final Fantasy VII

omfg...lol. I think they're-- no wait, scratch that. I KNOW they're filipino. Stupid R.O freaks back home... lol. -kicks them with her 255 champion with full Asura build-

2. The tough-as-nails female warrior who is not in love with the hero (note that this is the only female character in the game who is not in love with the hero and will therefore be indicated as such by having a spectacular scar, a missing eye, cyborg limbs or some other physical deformity - Jin's natural appearance is apparently considered a physical deformity HAHAHAHA)

:lmao: They're such a rip of so so many games...

Thanks for sharing!

They obviously broke that rule for Tifa, which is indicated by her lack of physical deformity (and subsequent enhancement of other physical features to the point of sheer ludicrousy).

Tifa is in love with Cloud, so she isn't deformed.

..All of the other girl characters... well, we can only speculate. xDDD

And that is pure gold. :D I love this guys. XDDD
