I don't know how many people know about the Fate Stay Night anime (or the game, for that matter) since it's pretty recent and only in Japan. Anyway the game was popular so there was a sequel and now this new anime series. Well, I'm hoping that someone else here has seen it because it's awesome! The animations are great and the story drags a bit (I think maybe 24 episodes was a tad long), but the ending is worth it. I'm itching for a good discussion so I hope that someone's seen this already.

I'm a big fan of Fate :woot: ! The story is great and it has cool characters my favorite is Archer for his coolness but I didint like what happen to him in the anime...too soon :no: .

I haven't seen it, but I have heard of it and I adore it!
I love the art and the characters...especially Rider and Sakura.

S***! This is one of my favorie animes! Though I've never played the game, I know the story and stuff so yeah...it's a really cool awesome game/anime.

Though, I would have to rate the anime 6/10. It was okay, but there were some parts that weren't fully explained! Oh, I loved both of the opening songs though! The ending was alright, I guess.

I couldn't agree more... But that episode was good, wasn't it? Unlimited Blade Works! The truth about Archer shocked me though. I don't want to spoil too much so I'll leave it at that.

Yeah, how is someone who hasn't played the game or read spoilers supposed to know what's really going on. The hints just weren't enough and I kept thinking that more would be explained later on, but I was wrong. The soundtrack was really good though, wasn't it?

Gilgamesh is such a jerk, but I like him. Wasn't the last episode really good? I didn't expect Gil to be so cool, especially in his final scene (if you've seen the ending you'll know what I mean). I think my jaw dropped when I watched that part. So beautiful...

Man, that was my first choice after playing and viewing Tsukihime. Loved F/SN to bits, it was just awesome, but my favourite path was "Heaven's Feel" (Sakura's Path), I liked the anime too, even if they followed Saber's path, but it was cool as well.

You played FSN in Japanese, Clerith-son? I heard that the level of Japanese is pretty high in the games. Speaking of Tsukihime, I also heard that it was a disappointment. A lot of people compare the anime to the game even though they haven't played it yet, so it's interesting to hear from someone who has played it before. Man, how I wish I knew Japanese!

Sakura's story would have Shirou less of a wimp since in Fate he mostly depends on Saber to take the frontline. Still, I don't like what happened to Saber and what Shirou had to do in order to her. At least Sakura (and Rider) gets more character development than in the other two scenarios.

Whaa! The ending scene between Gilgamesh and Saber was my favorite scene! It was extremely moving. The guy is just so wickedly awesome: both evil and noble at the same time. I love him! Besides, his Japanese VA (Tomokazu Seki) is my all-time favorite VA. His voice...! *dies with joy*

Whoa...and yes, the music rocked in that anime. Great soundtrack.
