i heard they are making a ffx movie. i dunno if its gonna be cg or if its going to be live action i hope cg cause live action would suck.

This is something I am really happy about. I just hope it's not as disappointing at Advent Children was. And as of now, I want to wait till something "solid" comes from this news before I bow down to the rpg gods that made this possible. However, it is good news to hear the possibility :P

Its been on sale there for about a year or so now, but its not in English. Has English subtitles, only problem is they call Wakka...Walter.

I rememeber this, I believe I have it. It's done using the in-game graphics and is pretty much just a setup into FFX-2. Only gives you a bit of backstory about the characters you'll meet in FFX-2. Good but nothing to really help the real story along. That is if it's what I think it is.

advent children was not disappointing, advent children kick frigin ass!!!! it was an awesome movie! granted, not needed for the FFVII but none the less was seriously awesome!

A Final Fantasy X movie? That's a disaster waiting to happen. *sigh* Let's just hope that it doesn't have real actors and it's CG.

*cough* Um...every where you go you hear they are making a movie of such and such final fantasy ever since AC came out. I wouldn't put much trust in this. :whistle:

I strongly doubt Square would make a new FFX CG movie. Both Yuna and Tidus's stories have been concluded since the release of X and X-2. I don't see why or even how Square could continue their story enough to make it a potential movie.

Perhaps the rumors you heard of were regarding the FFX CG movie AmayaSaria mentioned?

Remember the rumors about FFX-2, FFX-3, and FFX-0? They were originally going to split up Yuna and Rikku's stories into two separate games. But, they decided to combine their stories and just made FFX-2. FFX-0 was supposed to be a prequel which revolved around Auron. It was to tell Auron's story from the beginning. I always thought that would have been cool, because there are a lot of things about Auron that are shrouded in mystery. But, they never did it.

A game about Auron? That would've been cool. But did they have to have X-0? I mean, couldn't they just give it a subtitle?

I dont recall hearing about a Auron game, I do recall the Rikku game that was to be. And as for this movie possibility, while the idea of it I really like, I just will not believe it until some solid proof comes, you know something "canon"

They should've gave Rikku her own game. She's like one of the best Final Fantasy X characters ever made.

personally i think they should make a prequel to FFX about jecht and braska and auron, a game would be cool...but i really wouldnt mind a book. Like a book thats starts with jecht and goes to spira, that whole story, then put FFX in he same book
