Very cool! I thought the first one was pretty scary and I hope this will be good too. I love Sarah Michelle Gellar and it will be interesting to see what happens to her character in this movie. What other horror movies do you like reibenichou?

I loved how it took place in Tokyo, Japan I love the japanese people :wub: when I first saw the commercial of the first one I thought it was Fatal Frame ROFL, but I was wrong, other than The Grudge I love Silent Hill movie ^_^

The Grudge 2 looks awesome! SMG is my favorite actress of all time, so this should be a good movie. And it looks like my favorite little scary Japanese kid with the cat is back XD. I wish I could say the same for Jason Behr (SMG's bf in the movie) he's gorgeous! But alas...he's dead...but they could still bring him back, no? XD(And it opens on my birthday! I'm excited! :D)

Oh yaay...</sarcasm> Not to rain on anyones parade or anything, but they need to stop trying to convert freaky Japanese horror flicks into English ones...just look what they did to Ringu. The creepiest thing about it was the cricking noises Samara made.

I'll stick to the original versions of these kinds of flicks...they dont explain everything. In Dark Water they made what happened at the end so very obvious, but in the Japanese version, they kinda left things open (you knew what really happened, but it didnt outright show it until the VERY end). And did you ever notice, that children in the American versions are all spoiled brats? In the Japanese, they are more soft-spoken and polite...never mouthing back to their parents.
