Hmm....I use to like Cloud and Tifa, now I like Cloud and Aeris. I think Advent Children will probably end up leaning towards love between them, anyways. I just want to be on the winning side. If it proves that there's strong love between Cloud and Aerith in AC, then I accept that, have to agree, and will find some sort of joy in the couple. Before, I didn't think there was anything between them. But hey, what can I say..... <_<

I guess you didn't realize that Cloud wasn't in love with Tifa at that time because he didn't know her. You can't "love" someone you don't know. He had a childhood crush on her that she never returned. Tifa herself says during the Lifestream Event that she and Cloud didn't know one another well as children. If you read some of our articles about it, you'll see that he wasn't actually in love with Tifa at that time. Feelings of love cannot be validated from the crushes of childhood. ;)

Arguing against the beliefs of our forum members is against the forum rules, however. Take this as a warning that pro-CloudxTifa posting is a warnable offense here. This forum is not for debating the Love Triangle, which is clearly stated in the Forum Rules. I recommend that you read them.

And I repeat... this is not a forum for debating the Love Triangle. This is a forum for those who share the belief that Cloud loved Aerith in FFVII, not Tifa. This forum is intended for those who believe that Cloud loved Aerith ONLY. If you don't believe that, nor share the beliefs of our forum members, I recommend that you go elsewhere.

Also, if you want to debate the love triangle, please go elsewhere. There are many forums where you can debate it - not here. However, I think you'd have a hard time proving that Cloud loved Tifa as a child in Nibelheim when he hardly knew her. A superficial crush can hardly be equated with love. That's common sense, and I don't need Mr. Nomura to tell me that. Besides, Nomura has never commented on Cloud's feelings for Tifa as a child. However, Mr. Nomura has said that the ending of KH may answer questions about Cloud and Aerith's relationship in FFVII.

Your warning is for arguing against Cloud and Aerith's love and for endorsing CloudxTifa, which are both against forum rules because the forum members are sick of hearing it.

I'd like to know what Anastar said in her first post to Aerisfan1 that was rude :huh: It looks like a warm welcoming post to me :) I don't see Anastar doing anything wrong here. Aerith's post wasn't all that rude either.

Aerisfan1 you can be welcome here, but to be so it would help if you would accept and respect other people's opinions. I have my own views on the love triangle but this forum is not the place to debate them :) Neither will I do so unless Anastar thinks it is ok for me to do so which might be possible sometime in the future depending on the situation :) Then again it might never be and I'll still be ok with that. After all everybody doesn't have to have the same opinion of me to enjoy the forums :lol:

Even though you've had a shaky start here, I think it's still possible for you to become a welcome member here you really try, if you're honest and if genuinely do want to learn more about the Cleris relationship and want to become able to really appreciate it :)

If you are not at all in anyway sincere about wanting to like and know Cleris then I don't think you'll be welcome here because I think it’s hard to get along under pretences.

Maybe it's just me but I'm sensing a bit of dishonesty from Aerisfan1, from not only the name and lack of avatar, signature, etc, but from the sudden change from friendly to hostility.
