Ok, who all here has Final Fantasy Advent Children in English? I just got my copy yesterday!! :D :D Please share!!

I got mine yesterday too! :fangirl: It's so awesome to finally have it on DVD. And I'm really glad that the English voices turned out well.

Same here, as soon as the store opened I snatched up my copy (yeah, granted I work there but...), and my friend bought it for me so I didnt have to pay for it! *squee*

I got it as soon as it came in. Went to class, picked it up, watched it with happiness. :D

I walked over to the mall and picked it up the day it came out. :D

I bought a copy the day it came out. My friend and I had to go to 2 stores to find it cause the Best Buy we went to was all sold out. X.x I can't imagine that they had too many copies to begin with though.

One of my friends is having a hard time finding it as well...NO ONE has it where he's at. He said even WalMart is sold out! w00t! Let's hope AC makes the top 10 best sellers! Spread the love of Final Fantasy!

Really? They were sold out? Well, i went EB games and bought mine, they had tons of them in stock, and their was like no one there. :unsure:

Bought mine day it came out, had it reserved! They were selling out everywhere though, it was crazy. I am very happy with the voices, and I think that it felt even more Clerisy in English, plus seeing it all big on my TV made it all the better :P

Was it $24.99 at EB or $14.99 (cause I know the people who preordered paid the larger sum)? All the big stores (e.g., Circuit City, Best Buy, Target, etc.) were selling them at $14.99 which I think contributed a lot to them reaching SOLD OUT status quickly (and by quickly I mean in mere HOURS...).

I got mine at walmart 3 days ago! I didn't know walmart was selling it and I was just browsing through the movies, saw it, shrieked, and snatched it up, lol. WOOT!!! I think they did an excellent job with the english voices, I was so delighted! Go watch it everyone!! :cleris:

I'm gonna get it once it's out! Or the Friday after the release, as I always shop on Friday nights.

I got the day it was released. Scoured the local mall for it and got the LAST copy at EB Games. I was so excited. Seen it four times now. ^_^

I checked our WalMart here and it's gone too, even the PSP version is totally sold out. Now just imagine if they'd sold the OST and Ultimania...SE would be raking it in! Honestly, I did not think it'd be that popular up here, but it really was! I guess a bunch of copies sold out the first day! I am happy that so many people love the film though, hopefully they'll see the blatant love of Cleris!

I have yet to buy my copy. I have the japanese version. I actually thought it'd be hard to understand the storyline since i do not speak japanese. But, once i got into the film, it became really easy to read the subtitles and watch the film at the same time. :D Hopefully, i should get the english version tomorrow, but it depends if my mother gives in to my bugging. teehee ^_^

I bought it today. The Wal-mart near me had it bundled together with Spirits within (which they'd been trying to get rid of for quite some time) and sold them both together for 20 bucks.

Hey, that's no fair!! That's really cheap for both of them!! Here, just Advent Children on it's own is £20.00.

I got my copy the day it came out. It was sold out in Woolworths (even though there was DVD cases on the shelfs). Asda has it at £5 cheaper, only £11.97.

Thoroughly impressed. Did a good job with most voices, except I wasn't too keen on Barret...very...stereotypical. I loved Kadaj's voice, he sounded like a right maniac. And Cait Site sounded absolutely bonkers, pretty good.

"Shilly shally dilly dally" all the time got me confused though.

Honestly, I didn't think Barret was nearly as sterotypical as I expected. I thought he'd be a lot more monosylibic, gruff, and have a much deeper voice. They actually threw a bit more energy and character into his voice.

Got mine out of Tesco's for £15.

I loved Barret's voice, I didn't think it was very sterotypical at all. I could see his character best during at the end.

WOOHOO!! ME TOO!! I just bought it this morning in Virgin Megastores for £15.99. Not bad, cocsidering it's £20.00 on the internet sites i looked on.

I love barrett's voice. It;s so cool. I thought Tifa's could've been a bit better though. It wasn't that good. Yuffie's and Cid's were really cool though.....OOH, I'M SO EXCITED!!.....I'm gonna watch it again....

I reserved both the DVD and UMD at Gamestop. I have them both now and they came with an extra DVD with the English VA Inverviews. I haven't opened any of them since I already have the Japanese(3 different fansubs) and the English on computer along with the making of and a couple interviews already. No need to open it since I've already seen enough. I think they'll probably be worth something someday.

The original FFVII sealed is worth some pretty good money right now. Last time I checked it was about 500$ bucks. Now I can't even find it.

I got the Two-Disk edition with the Collector's Tin, just the same price with just the two-disks. :D

EzyDVD sold it for $32.83. :D Glad to get it without waiting a long line.

I just got it two days ago, by sheer luck. I was looking around for it, saw it in wallmart for a LOT cheaper then I expected, and since I am so pathetically poor, did something I never do...I begged 0.o.

See, I bought KH2 the day it came out, and woosh, there went all my money, and without a proper source of money...-_-

But I got it, thats all that matters! :woot:
