Dawn of Mana
Children of Mana

 Z.O.M.F.G. I SERIOUSLY can't wait for those two games. I always really like the Mana series ever since Secret of Mana. -fangirl emo diesz-

Does anyone know when E3 2006 is going to take place? I want to know if my free trial of G4 will be available when E3 comes around. I missed the Tokyo Game Show cause' of that.

EDIT: Nevermind. May 10-12th. And Children of Mana is on the DS! -fangurl emo diesz-

I'd be rather surprised if they suddenly changed voices between games. XD

Anti-R - April 26, 2006 03:56 PM (GMT)
FF VI!!! Valkyrie Profile!!! :woot:

And can't say if Steve Blum's gonna voice Vincent in the game though...

OMG...I know what you mean, Remy! He did so awesome as Vincent, it'd be a crying shame to have someone else do it for the game. I'll so kill someone if they dont keep him as the same VA!!!

I got the new Final Fantasy XI expansion pack. I'm having a blast with the new jobs. Corsair, Blue Mage, and Puppetmaster. Right now i'm leveling up Corsair.

You know what I wish to see in a Final Fantasy VI Advance? A scene between Shadow and Relm.

I remember you mentioning in your intro that you play XI...not like you cant tell by your name LOL. I have the game, I just cant play it right now my computer cant handle it (working on making my own). I do want to get Treasures of Aht Urgan though...but my job will be a Samurai (that's in one of the other expansion packs, I believe...cant remember which one though)!

I don't understand why there putting V and VI on the GBA, it's already been re-release on PS :ermm: I'm not sure what you can really add to those games, well maybe doing more story on Shadow and Relm I wouldn't mind, I'd like more incite on there Father and Daughter relationship :gift: But I highly doubt that .

Which expansion has Samurai? Rise Of The Zilart. That's the expansion that added not only Samurai, but Ninja too. It came with it when you buy the game.

Man, no E3 thread? And I thought I was a bad nerd! XD

Anyways, so far what I've heard is just about FFXIII. Apparently the IN GAME GRAPHICS will be as good as AC's! FMV's are gonna be a thing of the past, as just cut scenes look like they'll suffice.

Crazy O.o

Also, the remake for FFVII for the PS3 was mentioned I believe, I think that's what my friend meant. And apparently they won't be using FFXII's battle system EXACTLY, he said it'd be more like VII's just that you'll be able to move the characters around in battle and use the land scape to your advantage. Just a lil added strategdy.

FF_Goddess - May 11, 2006 03:58 PM (GMT)
So, they have confirmed a remake of FFVII??? :swoon:

Lynn - May 11, 2006 04:31 PM (GMT)
There's one here, but I'm guessing that's for SE-specific games only. ^^

I'll merge your post with the above thread, Sefie, since it's dealing with FF primarily.

I've been flipping through a couple of gaming sites, but didn't see any news of a FFVII remake reported. Was your friend referring to DC's upsoming sidegame on the cellphone or CC, perhaps?

Although I suppose an announcement could still be made. There are still two more days of E3 to go, right?

Also saw a mention of a FFVIII PS3 Tech Demo on one of the forums (apparently the crew behind FFXIII were sent to work on the tech demo, loved the PS3's abilities so much and decided to shift FFXIII to the PS3 instead)-- I only hope this comes true! Unless the author was referring to FFVII.

*Shrugs* Maybe he was wrong. We were talking about E3 and then he was like "Oh! They're remaking FFVII!" so I assumed something had been mentioned at E3

There's one big fat problem. The price on the Playstation 3.

Dude??!!! I don't see the dudeness in here. To buy the "poor version" of the PS3, I should stop eating like for 3 months.

P.S - I do too Goddess! Notice though how Cloud and Sephiroth are standing in a particular formation with Aerith in the middle? :huggle:

yin-chan - June 3, 2006 03:20 AM (GMT)
There's not going to be a remake.

FFVII International has actually been released a long long long time ago, after the original FFVII was released.

Thanks for trying to find out some stuff though.

International has already been released twice in Japan, the original time (which is the one in those pictures) and a PSOne books release that was cheaper. This new one (Square-Enix's own Ultimate Hits label, and even cheaper than the PSOne books version) is going to be the third time, along with a load of other past games being released again at a lower price. But chances are, except for the covers it'll just be the same as the other.

*sweatdrops* I found that out yesturday ^.^' I went searching around somemore
