ff7:dark cloud

okay, someone made a cloud rpg.. the description says that it's about what happens to cloud after the game..

i dunno if it has cleris scenes in it.. but it would be wonderful if it would.. :cleris:

anyway.. does anybody know this game? i can't download it. ><

can anybody tell me what happened in this game? i'm really very curious.. :(

Well if it makes you feel any better, since you can't play it, its made using a rpg maker program, anyone can do them, and there are many, and MANY made on FFVII, and other pre-existing games. And, most aren't that good even. =/
So you may not be missing much.

Yeah, there are probably some Cleris ones! I actually made a game (long, long time ago) that had a little cleris scene in it (as special camoes =D). They are an ultra ultra secret and can join your team.

The Cloud sprites I made from scratch (that's why its so crappy looking ^^; ) and the Aerith one I took from one still pic and edited it for the moving frames.

Is it just me or they are really hugging? No, better, is *Cloud* hugging Aerith?

that is amazing, did u make that using rpg maker. I have that game, but it's so complicated to understand even with the guide. I have the second one, I have no clue what I did with the first version I had.

Where can I get an RPG Maker?I want to make an FFVII RPG.

It's a bit tough finding the RPG Maker these days, but if you google around for it enough, I'm sure you'll find something.

I recommend RPGMaker 2003, since the battle system is closer to ther Final Fantasy one.

I've also got plenty of FF character sets if anybody needs one.

Actually I could use those character sets,if you could e-mail them to me i'd really appreciated. :cloud:

thanks for the ff 7 sets :) so is there much difference between rpg maker 2003 and rpg maker xp? It looks hard though, I don't understand all of this scripting stuff and I heard that you need to know that to make a really good game.

The big difference is the battle format.

2000 uses a Dragon Warrior style were you don't see your character and your enemy faces the screen and 2003 uses a SNES final fantasy style system.

btw, can I change between night and day in that game?

Hey thanks alot for the character sets.I can change alot of the sprites,except for the battle sprite.I tried changing the color or size,that worked with all the others but it doesn't work with the battle sprites.Does anyone know how to do this?
