I love Dark+Risa! I know a lot of people don't like her but I really like her. I know she rejected Daisuke, but that's no reason to hate her in my opinion. (I know that's not the only reason someone might not like her, just sayin).

This is the only D.N.Angel site I keep. It's a really good site, plus she's a dark + Risa fan too. :) heh. It's not a shrine to them, so don't worry if you don't like them together. It's in English and they still update, unlike a lot of D.N.Angel sites I've seen. Enjoy!

But then I think a few chapters (or episodes) after Dark realizes he only loved Risa because she looked like his formor love, Rika. (Which is Riku and Risa's grandmother) so then, he says to her that he realizes that and he couldn't see her again. Risa cries and blahh. Then, In my point of view, Dark starts to like Riku XD

Mako, I watched the anime and I only have volume 8 of teh manga XD. But ilke, I think the manga is better. But yes, I did get it from teh anime. And I know it doesn't match up with it. So umm, yeah. It happens with Gundam Seed Manga too. <_< no KiraxLacus scenes! only KiraxFllay!!!

Gawd, I hate Fllay...

That makes me feel slightly better, animes can be so different then the manga. My main example is Trigun, for those who have watched the anime and have been reading the manga i think you'll agree.

I'm a huge Dark x Risa fan myself so volumes 9-11 were such LUFF. d: I'm a big Risa fan in general and I've liked her since volume 1. Yes, even better than Riku-chan (surprise).

Btb, in the manga, Dark hasn't revealed his reasons or motivations yet (if any) for his affection towards Risa-chan. In v10, he <<rejects her love (er, in a really gentle way) and tells her that she'll return the heart that he stole back to her since he can't ever be with her and she realizes that nothing will ever come from their relationship. Even then, Daisuke begins to wonder if Dark's beginning to feel something for her (so am I) and she even tells hm that she'd love him if he turned out to be a horrible monster because it'd still be Dark. Very, very sad, sweet scene>>.

In v11 <<Risa gets kidnapped by Argentine (who calls her the holy maiden and says that she's important to Dark) and Dark gets piiiiiiiiissed. More angry than we've ever seen him before. It's also the first time Dark's true wings manifest themselves on Daisuke's back (since previously it was always With who acted as his wings)>>.

There were bits of SatoshixRisa...Well, only one. It's kind of odd how Daisuke changes his feelings so quickly and switched it over to Riku though. They don't even seem like friends anymore while at the beginning they seemed close. (Though, rejection can do that to a friendship. :P)

If you read the 1 (or 2nd) volume of the manga or saw the first episode, It was when he saw Risa on the balcony and then a flashback of this woman came to his mind, right? That woman was Rika, her grandmother and so he took one look at her an instantly remembered Rika. And yeah...

Umm..That actually never happened in the manga. o_o. When Dark first sees Riku in vol. 1 on the balcony, he turns back to Daisuke, true, but there is no flash of her grandmother. We just see he's Daisuke again. When Dark first meets Risa in vol. 2 she is outside leaning on some railing, but again, there is no flash of her grandmother. Rika has only been mentioned once in that side story of Risa and Riku as kids getting stuffed animals from her, and not by name. Dark has never mentioned her.

You're talking about Daisuke and Risa right? I miss there friendship too. I wish they would start being closer again, not romantically. I liked them as friends.

I really liked how in vol. 10 Risa talks of Daisuke as her good friend. I thought that was sweet. I hope that after Daisuke heard that, that he will start talking to her more again.

Joined the Dark x Risa fanlisting! XD Probably a couple that will never become canon (v10 acted as the strongest hint for the coupling but also acted as the strongest evidence against them getting together in the near future, if that makes any sense).

I don't think that Risa and Riku's <<grandmum Rika>> exists in the manga version (possibly "yet"). The mysterious <<holy maiden>> that Argentine refers to just may turn out to be her, though. We never know. d:

P.S. Aww, Dark going crazy in v11 after <<Risa getting kidnapped>> was one of the best parts in the volume. XD~ Stay clear of him when he's pissed though, seriously. @.@ Rather frightening. Btb, about Dark's wings, <<Dark doesn't bring them out because it would really hurt Daisuke for him to do so. After his brief winged stint in v11, Daisuke's body can't handle the strain and he ends up collapsing to the floor in pain (Satoshi finds him and stops him from trying to bring out his wings again because he keeps insisting that he has to go save Harada-san/Risa)>>.

I agree that Dai-chan still seems to be <<carrying around a tiiiiiiny little torch for Risa (so miniscule that I could be misrepresenting his acts of fluster or imagining them altogether--course, he could just be glad that she considers him such a good friend)>>.

In that one little pic where Dai-chan's dreaming about <<Dark getting hitched, it's actually to Riku-chan. On the pages prior, Daisuke's asleep and dreaming about Risa and how he feels that she must be crying. Risa's voice calls out for Daisuke (for "Niwa-kun" and not Dark) to save her and we see Daisuke desperately running around, searching for her in an expanse of space. Finally, he sees her back but when she turns around, she changes into Riku, who calls out for Dark and asks with tears in her eyes why he never came when she called for him. Daisuke does that entire "Why is Riku-san asking for Dark!?" bit and then the image of Dark wisking Riku away after a marriage ceremony makes itself into the dream>>.
