Wikipedia is fanmade, meaning that anyone can edit it to anything they wish for it to say. It is not a reliable source of information.

Someone's already edited out the "girlfriend" part. :lol: But yes, it can be edited by anyone, which is both Wiki's strength and weakness.

So take everything on Wikipedia with a grain of salt, although when it comes to entries involved in pairing wars, I'd recommend a couple of tablespoons. :P

Don't worry, Wikipedia is not much of a reliable source for anything... but mainly for things that fans don't agree on. You can probably use it for general information like yoga history, the Renaissance(?), things like that. However, things like, of course, Cloud's profile, can be twisted and always be editted by hostile fans. The whole "Tifa Lockhart - Cloud's girlfriend" thing is enough to know that Wikipedia is unreliable. :P

Arrgh, this is annoying me! Obviously, it must be a Cloti fan that wrote this. The above paragraph is from Wikipedia and notice how they didn't even include Aerith's name in the 2nd sentence.

Don't worry about it, as mentioned before Wikipedia can be edited by anybody. I must've seen about a hundred different versions of the same article on Wikipedia by now. :lol: Most level-headed people know that Wikipedia isn't a very reliable source of information - and if it bothers you so much, why don't you just edit it? :razz:

It's not the article that really bothers me, but it's the Cloti fans' behavior that can kinda get to me once in a while. But there's nothing I can do about it. That's just the way they are and I can't change them for what they really are. I'm sure they feel the same way about us Cloud x Aerith fans.

Speaking of editing and not including Aerith's name, I edited it so that her name is added to the list of characters who were helping in rebuilding the town. :whistle:

I know that the invader is long gone, but I'll use this to go back to topic. :D The thing about this specific segment of Wikipedia that we found is that it's not leverage; it's a lie. S-E NEVER said that Tifa was Cloud's girlfriend and never blatantly implied it either. Therefore, whoever wrote that Tifa was Cloud's girlfriend is simply lying. That's not leverage as it's not fact-based at all. :P

I just saw that argument in the ACF LTD. I personally am completely hopeless when it comes to identifying music, but all I know is that AERITH is the one who was purposefully symbolised with water in the movie.

Maybe it's something from the Reunion Files. I dunno. :mellow:

2 things come to mind when I think about the above phrase, that's 'alcohol' and 'Dolphin Kick', hell maybe I'll add in her "fish tail". That's all. It all sounds pretty weak right? Because it is.

You'd have to have the intelligence of a 2 year old to not get that water represented AERITH in the movie. There are several scenes that back this up in the movie alone not to mention the song titled "Water" was playing in the flower field scene in the Venice Film Festival version for crying out loud, how obvious can it get? :headbang:

Oh wait, but then again...Wiki considers both Aerith and Tifa the main heroines of FFVII when it has already been stated by Nomura that Tifa never replaced Aerith as the main character of FFVII. Believe it or not, but this "Tifa = watery image too" BS is actually being used in debates. :crazy:

They're in denial about the church scene portraying Aerith's presence rather than Cloud and Tifa unconsciously having hawt secks. While I can clearly hear Aerith's theme mixed in...I can't hear Tifa's at all, hard as I try to.

Well, I think the flower field scene portrays a parallel between Cloud and Aerith. They're standing back to back and look like two parallel lines. It's saying that since Cloud is the main hero, Aerith is the main heroine. Two can play this game. *Yus, HD is capable of pulling stuff out of her @ss too*

I am really bad at identifying music, actually, but I also thought water was heavily associated with Aeris due to her resting place and the fact that she heals everyone with Great Gospel (rain), and the fact that the water from the flowerbed shot up in such a way that it resembled the Lifestream.
I don't really see Tifa's association with water unless we're talking about Dolphin Blow.

I have -Reunion Files- and it doesn't say anything about water being associated with Tifa. Water, along with the music "Water" is associated with Aerith, end of story. Dear CloTis, stop making shit up, plzkthx. :rolleyes:
