But on the ACForums, they're saying that that release date is completely wrong, and I have no idea what to believe. I would've belived this in a flash, but from experience I treat everything with suspision. (Have I spelt that right?) If you read that discussion I linked two posts ago, you might see what I mean.

Play.com's usually pretty on the mark with release dates. It always seems to get anime release dates right. But I guess we'd better just wait until the day. After all, the AC trailers said there'd be a simultaneous release in the US and Japan, and that was a no go.

:lmao: Ah, I see! I haven't been keeping up with the release date anxieties, but I can understand the confusion. Personally, I've decided the only way I know AC has been released in English is when people here start squeeing over it. :lol:

It shouldn't be that long more, though. They've already had the premier with the English cast (or a screening, anyway) so I don't think Sony will wait another year before releasing it.

Strange, I thought ACF reported the release date would be April 25th? I don't know if it's the same for US and Europe, but that date is listed on a few movie sites, IMDB included. :unsure:

Well I hope it is released, the film has been delayed long enough with it being under production and getting it on dvd.
