Holding a 'Kingdom Hearts II' North American version sale commemoration party

The commemoration party for the sale of the North American version of the RPG for the PS2, 'Kingdom Hearts II', was held in Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood in L.A., U.S.A., on March 23, 2006 (local time). This work is like a Superman title in nature, to which, one million have been shipped from the sale in Japan in just three days. Seven million have exceeded all over the world in series total, and it is thought that a 10 million total breakthrough is certain if 'II' is released in North America and Europe. They are places that boast of popularity more than Japan.
(Tomo's notes: You guys up for it?)

Actors who performed the voices of the main characters such as Hayden Panettiere (Kairi), Haley Joel Osment (voice of the hero, Sora), David Gallagher (Riku), Jesse McCartney (Roxas), and Brittany Snow (Namine) appear in the party hall. In addition, famous actors familiar in the voice of the Disney characters came in succession, and the coverage of a lot of TV stations had been received.
(Tomo notes: Whaaat!? Really!? It doesn't feel like it.)

Moreover, Ms. Shimomura, of Studio Midiplex, that handles the music of 'Kingdom Hearts II', and corporate executive, Hashimotoma Tscasadoshi of Square-Enix, also appeared in the hall. Both of them comment about this North American version sale as follows.

The party behaved a little roughly with people talking with enjoyment. The drinks and snacks were put out as music played in the hall. The [game] demonstration was able to be shown on a huge screen in the terrace, and to be the nail of parties that were concerned about the power of the production. Moreover, dubbing was done for North America. The images from "Compilation of FFVII", such as 'Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII', in which, the Roman characters entered, and the title of 'Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children', were shown. It was refrained from the sale on the week of the next day.

"In the first work, it was difficult to unite a dark part of a peculiar outlook on the world to Disney and 'Kingdom Hearts'. However, it was possible to make it, while valuing the image of the former work, and there were not too many things of which it had a rough going this time because the base had been completed. The tune of Twiilght Town, from 'Chain of Memories', was used in 'II'. (laughs) There is Mr. Nomura (Tetsuya, director of the work) who wanted an impression that was deep, and so he will try to make it many times. The tune, written by Muri, was adopted and had feelings in the end. (Tomo notes: I can't get those last two sentences accurately so it doesn't make too much sense.) The tune of the musical (Passion?) becomes English lyrics in the North American version, and its atmosphere has changed entirely. Please listen when there is a chance.
(Tomo notes: And we will! ^o^)

Because the 'Kingdom Hearts' series uses music very well, according to the scene, I think that it can work effectively more than once."

"I'm very honored that they had entered my music in mind." (Shimomura)
(Tomo notes: Again, I couldn't get what she was saying accurately, but I think that's it.)

"The North American version was finally put out on the market. It relies on the number of reservations and sales, more than Japan, can be expected to make it No.1. To the fans out there, I would like you to enjoy the world that was extended by the third work. I would like you to see the growth because it has evolved from the former work as a game. A complete version and 'FINAL MIX' based on the North American version are not scheduled to be produced like the former work. The following production will advance to localize the European version. I want to put it out early there, within the year." (Hashimoto)

For Mr. Hashimoto, who is the leader of Square-Enix, there is going to be a movement in E3 in May and there are talks that are shaken of when is...__(?)

"Some announcements are done this year because the surprise is prepared in E3 every year. In a good meaning, I will be very surprised. A big surprise ceremony is prepared to the enjoyment [of many]." (Hashimoto)
(Tomo notes: Could it be, Mr. Hashimoto!? The announcement of KH3!? Ahhh!)

Writer of this article concludes: Being said! I want to expect what is here!
