This is my second music video. I didn't think I was going to finish it, but here it is:

FFVII: What Hurts the Most

Not sure if anyone's already done one to this song, but it's What Hurts the Most by the Rascal Flatts. The route I took with this one is a little different from what I did with Eternally. Aerith came into Cloud's dream in the original game and walked away telling him that she'd come back when it's all over. I think this music video (mostly from Cloud's perspective) portrays that tragic side of the story. Feel free to leave comments...

The timings are wonderful (I thought the battle between Cloud and Sephiroth interspersed with Cloud and Aerith's healing water was perfect-- so perfect it demanded BOLDS and ITALICS to drive the point in), my throat catches a bit everytime the chorus was sung, and I loved the quick shots of Tifa and Yuffie.

I swear, we share the same urge to stop the hand-reach scene everytime before Cloud actually grasps Aerith's hand. :lmao:

And WHERE did you find this song? It's like it was practically MADE for the tragedy of Cloud and Aerith's relationship. MP3 VERSION PLZ. :fist:

I'll supply all the clips you need if you keep making videos of this calibre! :huggle:

That little part is also what I really like about what I did with the music video. I'm glad you liked it as well, Lynn.

I love the hand-reach scene.
It gets me all emotional every time I see it. The anticipation...ugh! :hyper:

I thought the same exact thing when I heard it. Actually, the song was introduced to my brother by a friend who recommended it. However, the first thing my brother said after listening to it was: "Hey, you gotta hear this song. Doesn't it remind you of Cloud and Aeris?" Funny thing is, he's not even interested in the LT or the love story of FFVII. :giggle:

HD: "Eh? Holy...you're right! It IS a Cleris song!"

I was trying hard to hold back my tears :cry: . But who said I'll be able to do that. I liked the flashes with Aerith during his fight with Loz and Yazoo and the moment when he (in your video) slowly turns his head to face her. :( That was amazing!!! :huggle:

The music goes really well too, though I can't help but giggle when I hear the banjo playing when Cloud is feeling all sad and angsty. :giggle:

I'm actually not very fond of country music or the idea of sticking it into an AC music video. I'm really surprised though that I actually like this song, and so I put it in...and definitely, I thought the lyrics went extremely well with Cleris.

Erm.. I think it can be called a review, because I showed this video to my friend and she was crying in the middle of it! My, she wasn't able to watch it. And I thought I was sensible.
And then she said that the fighting itself was like a relaxion after such strong beginning. Though I don't think so. It was as touching as the first verse.

Yep. It makes my day.
And this video is the first thing I watch when I come home and turn my computer in.
