^^Well thats the one. Its actually me just messing with an original photo lol! Not the best in the entire world, but I try. It was made with psp 9.

It's good, a bit large, and maybe you could make it more of your own. To me it just looks like a screenshot that has... sparse effects on it.
Use brushes (not alot!) and textures and borders and things like that to make it interesting, colourise the images, and blend other pictures together. You'd be surprised at the result. ^_^

I agree with ER on all counts, so God only knows why I'm posting. XD Anyway!
Banner's a bit too large, especially for me, who's typically a fan of smaller banners. I usually find a height of 150-200px to be just nice, but it's your call.
More effects and brushes might be nice, but of course, don't overdo it. I find the biggest problem to be the background right now-- it's too empty. Add thick lines, perhaps, in the background, or find a picture of flowers and overlay it. Mix them all up if you have to, and you'll be amazed at some of the results you get.
Putting Cloud somewhere in the background would be nice too-- or something Cloud-related. Buster Sword, Cloudy Wolf,chocobo...

Thanks guys! Yeah, I'll try those brush effects see how it goes! Plus psp doesn't always agree with what what I want, so I just got photoshop today so I'll see if that works better! And yes Lynn, the "prince" meant Cloud. lol! I'll also try some resizing. Again thanks for your ideas! :D
