Alright, everytime Cloud talks to her, it's always about what happened when he was a kid, the lifestream or AVALANCHE. Anyone find any normal conversations they have that isn't about when Cloud was a kid, Avalanche or the lifestream that isn't optional? I didn't think so. Come on, they'd run out of things to talk about after awhile.

Apparently they have 'silly little conversations' together, as shown in CoT, which I presume are cute little jokes or casual interactions. :) Only natural though, they are close friends after all. Probably SE thought it would be too much a waste of time to put in convos like,

"Would you like lemonade or cherry-ade?"
"Ginger beer, thanks."

They can't possibly talk about Cloud's past all the time!! Cloud's head would burst.

In FFVII by itself, Tifa never has had any relaxed conversations with Cloud. She's always talking about when he was a kid, Alavanche or Sephiroth. The only time they even came close to having a real conversationw a sin the beginning at the bar, but those were all optional. Cloud's conversations with Aeris are much more real and comfortable. Cloud can real be himself when he's with Aeris and relax.
