I know this is random, but I always wondered if Cloud's hair was natural or if he used gel?
Well I think it's natural because he had that same hair style since he was a kid, unless his daily routine is to gel his hair every morning...
Anyways what do you guys think?

Natural. His hair shows no signs of any hair product. If he did use them, I'd be amazed at how they just work without being actually seen in his hair.

His hair has been in the rain AND been completely dipped in a pool of water and it comes out spiked either way. It's natural.

It's either natural or he's got one heckuva super powerful hair roots. :lol:

But yes, the only hair in history that stands up in the rain, wind and shine. Natural, baby, au natural. If he used gel or something he'd have to use a whole tub then it'd be hard enough to take someone's eye out. :lol:

It's natural, it really doesn't make sense otherwise,
it's not exactly the most impossible thing that happens in Final Fantasy compared to some of the other stuff that happens

AC obviously shows that their gravity is a little bit different from ours with how they can jump so high and stay in mid air. That could be one possibility for Cloud's hair to be the way it is naturally.

But then again, it is Final Fantasy. You don't need any reason to have natural cool ass hair.

It looks like Gel to me, when they close up on his face when he puts on his goggles on AC.....I'll probably be shot for this but It looks really greasy up close in my opinion though, but either way works...xDD;;; Dirty Cloud. D:

I've watched the movie more times than I can count. I have never seen Cloud's hair look stiff and/or hair product dirty. :blink:

Usually the tell tale sign of hair products are stiffness or being weighed down. If it was made for the hair to defy gravity, it would definately be stiff and not as soft and smooth as Cloud's is. His spikes also split apart into single strands in the wind which shows that nothing is holding them up.

I vote natural. AC wasn't meant to be that realistic-- the action scenes are over-the-top, just like scenes in anime. No reason why the hair shouldn't follow anime rules as well.

Me thinks Cloud's hair is natural, look at how it is just flying around so freely. Look at DOC, I don't know how gel can make hair do that.:o
