Honestly, people. If you have to base your judgement on a character by their looks, you have issues. You don't "date" people only because they are "hott". I am personally kind of sick of how people base Cloud's character on his looks.

I judge people on their personality. Like, I like characters based on who they are. This topic was just talking about which character looked the best, not which character we liked the most. I think Squall's hot, but I prefer Cloud's personality. Personality is the most important part of a character, this topic was just focusing on a different aspect, which character looked the best, rather then which character we liked the best.

Their was this person on this message board, who said a lot of things. He basically said that the reason he was dating his girlfriend was because of her looks, he only wanted to date someone hot, he'd rather have someone hot without a good personality to someone average looking, when someone said that they liked sports and had a fiance, he said that their fiance probably wanted someone like his girlfriend, but was settling for less. When people argued with him, telling him personality is important, he said that the specific people arguing were ugly and that whoever was going out with them would prefer the person he was with to them. When someone mentioned that they would prefer being complimented on their personality compared to their looks, he said that they were abnormal and strange and said that a normal person wouldn't think like that. Some other comments were him saying that he wouldn't date a girl gamer because he felt it wasn't feminine and he made a lot of other remarks. This was a serious poster. He also said that my boyfriend must like me for my personality, because someone who judges on personality and plays video games can't be good looking. He said that anyone who dates a gamer would rather go out with the person he is dating. He sent some pictures of him with his gf, too. Personality is what makes a person popular. When I was a pre-teen I would judge on things like looks, but when I was a teenager, that changed and a guy with a great personality was most important. It was a guy named John that changed everything. I like guys with good personalities. A guy with a great personality is what makes him hot.
