Hey guys, looks like Europe will finally be getting our hands on a Dragon Quest game in April. On SE's European site they have information saying that DQVIII will be released in April and one of the UK's biggest game sellers "GAME" has got the release date scheduled for April 5th.
Boy it sure took Enix a LONG time to realise that us Europeans like RPGs, same with Square. Sega was the only one releasing the first of the original Phantasy Star series way back in 1988

I dont know about this game, but I'm happy for its european fans :) . I wonder if Square-Enix would ever realese Valkyrie Profile -Lenneth- and -Silmeria- too.... I died for this game :lust: .....and I havent enough money to buy a US one(I think, I dont want even, cause in my opinion it's not worthy to put so many money just for one game :/ )
But it's good to hear this news, it's maybe the Square's first step of improving their REALESE POLITIC for Europe
Final Fantasy IV (for Advance GBA) will also be released in Europe some time in spring 2006, well......at least
 Wow, it took SE this long to release the game in Europe? Jeez...
But, I highly recommend buying and playing DQVIII. Everything in that game is great.
SE doesnt only take long time to release great games in Europe  , they also release limited copies to US and Europe.
For example: they only sold 400 000 copies of Valkyrie Profile to US, nothiing could Europe have from them.... And that's one of the reasons why VP is so expensive.

Yup, took them about nearly 20 years to release a Dragon Quest game in Europe  As I said, Sega were the only ones who realised we liked RPGs, translating and releasing Phantasy Star a year after it was released in Japan.
