Can anyone tell me a place where I can get a tutorial on div layouts.

I want to use this image,

Or if someone can turn this image into a div layout for me I would be very happy, and would give credit.

I tried frames too, but I couldn't get it to work.
The site I was using the tutorial from was confusing.

This was the image I used, but all sliced up.

I could try using frames on the second layout for you.

As for the first pic, I commonly use CSS to position the text and what-not. DIV tags confuse me. XD

Webmonkey was recommended to me by a friend, so you could give that a try. I've never used it myself, but said friend learned to make awesome layouts thanks to following the tutorials there, so... :P

[EDIT] Here is the frames version: http://www.geocities.com/chuin_no_tenshi/nevi.html. It's designed to load in the middle of the screen, regardless of screen resolution. Is that okay? If it is, I can send the zipped files to you.

BTW, I'm not sure if it's intentional, but you wrote "Shine" instead of "Shrine". If it's intentional, though, just smack me upside the head. XD

Oh! Thanks so much!!! :huggle: And thanks for pointed the error out to me!
It's not supposed to be "An Aeris Shine" but and "An Aeris Shrine."
That's what I get for trying to make a layout at 3 am! lol

I fixed it.

I know this problem has already been solved, but http://www.celestial-star.net is my computer saviour. It has helped me loads... I actually made my RufusxTifa website with Celestial Star, and I'm in the middle of making my second!! :D

No problem, Nevi! It's kinda fun working with HTML after not making a website in centuries.

Here's the zipped file of all the files necessary. You just have to change certain things like the image links: http://s24.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0GC4YDI...FU2VBUH8H5FYJ5V.

ER, thanks so much for the site! I'm always on the lookout for tutorials like these-- never been one to read the help files and whatnot. That's pretty much how I learned to use Photoshop as well. xD
