Okay, I get a lot of this from the Aerith haters, even from those who don't
even care about the LT, but they say that Aerith was a complete stalker in
the movie. Appearing wherever Cloud goes, haunting him in his dreams...

Seriously, people...shut the f*** up. Really, is that all they can say?

Sure, she'd appear like every often or so, but that doesn't mean she is a
stalker. There's no proof that she was haunting him in his dreams, she never
threatened him, she never did anything to hurt him!

Feh, Stalker?? Heck, look at Cloud's expression whenever he saw her, it's more like Cloud calling to her. Staying at her church even to keep memories of her. Oh well, I think its best just to ignore them. <_<

If we want to get technical with who's stalking who...Cloud was stalking Aerith FIRST. Then there's Tifa and Avalanche...big time Cloud-stalkers! :fist:

Cloud moved into Aerith's Church...he visited her in the Promised Land. Even if one were to call Aerith a stalker, I think this shows that Cloud was asking for it. On the other hand, Cloud was trying so hard to distance himself from everyone else...but darn, Tifa and Avalanche just wouldn't leave the poor guy alone. :P

I agree...they aren't worth listening to at all. Stalkers tend not to make their presence known as much anyway, so neither Tifa nor Aerith could be a stalker, nor Cloud, since Cloud was the one constantly searching for Aerith in AC and to find a way to get to her in FFVII.

Oooh, I hate this argument >_<! You have to really be blinded by Cloti views to seriously consider that Aerith stalks Cloud in AC. The scene in the flower field where they're back to back isn't Aerith following Cloud because she's a stalker. He's the one that wants to go there. The first thing Aerith says in this scene is, "So you came, huh?" I think we can draw an inference from this line that Cloud was the one that decided to go there, not that Aerith drew him into this vision against his will.

And the bonus music video at the end? Aerith is standing peacefully in the flower field, and Cloud is going to see her. Cloud's the one chasing after her the entire movie. If anything, he's the stalker!

I never saw this argument used seriously, and I’m surprised anyone would try this, but if this happened... I guess going into serious debate with anyone coming up with "arguments" like this is sort of pointless. Once you manage to kill this concept, they’ll just cough up another one. Some people hate Aerith just because, and will always find something nasty to say about her. From little that I’ve seen they’re usually best left alone.

Then dyed Cloud's hair dark blue/black.

Rearrange their hairstyle.
